A friend wanted to take my wife and I out for a prime rib dinner.Prime rib night is on Saturday night here. I tried calling around 3 p.m. and every number I found online was no longer in service. So we figured prime rib would be served from 5 o'clock until whenever. We arrived at the bar at 5:50 p.m. after being seated and receiving our first beers the waitress told us that there was only one prime rib left. Come to find out it starts at 4:30 p.m. and they only cook 1 prime rib roast. Looking at the menu I noticed the phone number had been blacked out with a new number under it. The waitress said they knew the number was wrong online but have not fixed it. Also some of the prices were blacked out on the menu also. After discussing it we decided to stay. My wife got the burger, I got the ribs, my friend ordered prime rib. Then the waitress told us they were also out of baked potatoes. Since a prime rib dinner should be served with a baked potato he switched his order to a burger and fries also.Needless to say we were very disappointed after having been ready to sit down to have prime rib.The burgers and ribs were average. As triple D would put it , I would consider this place a dive. The flooring is wore out, holes in the upholstery of the booths, holes in the wall in the bathroom which were also very dirty.Would not recommend this place for a dinner. Maybe and if you were out drinking and wanted some bar food it would be all right.None of us will be back.
