Service was good and the beverages were very good. Very cute parlor. I would return. Parking is easy.

I've been a regular at this spot since I first stopped in! I love their peach oolong cold brew and mango boba. I think their tea is considerably less sweet than I've had at comparable places and it's much more enjoyable to me. The staff is always friendly and for the most part it's always clean. A little bit more waiting space would be great, but overall this is a solid experience.

I haven't had the best luck finding great bubble tea in Columbus, but this place has been the best I've tried so far.The aesthetics are nice. It has cute decorations, very colorful and the menus are nice to look at. They have a ton of options and variety of drinks you can order, which is really nice. My friends and I ordered roasted oolong, Oreo Creme brûlée and passion fruit with boba. I love that you can choose a variety of toppings and modify your sweetness level.The drinks overall were good but not great. The boba also tasted kind of old, since their texture felt off and they weren't as soft as I prefer. They were a bit chewy with a hard center. The price seems standard compared to other places in the area, though I still feel it's overpriced for the quality.The best perk is the parking is free! If you're craving bubble tea I recommend checking this place out.

This is such a cute spot. The drink I got was delicious. The lady who took my order was very nice too !

Love this place! me and my brother are regulars, and I feel like ViVi's is different from other nearby places like Little Moon or Kung Fu Tea, because it's really just a drink with tapioca/popping boba in it, right? well, I think ViVi's makes it better because there's things like crème brûlée options where they set it on fire, and the Oreo one has little Oreo bits to eat that I personally think taste good and adds a little more to it. the service is great and straightforward, not wasting your time nor making your day worse! and the inside is beautiful, the ambiance is something to take in every time. it's pink all over and there's lots of stuff on the walls like boba posters, cardboard cutouts, and a photo collage! they have a public bathroom and also when you get your drink there are little faces on them and they're so cute! it's like a little animated skull.

If you want a quick Bubble Tea shop, this is the place for you. The bright, airy colors of the shop just make you feel on cloud 9. The staff were friendly and very quick at making out milk teas. I ordered the Taro Milk Tea, it was delicious. 10/10 would recommend stop asap!

Big selection, tiny but comfy place. Baby K had never had bubble tea, and it's not my thing but we scoped this place out. Gets good reviews. We got her a strawberry tea with strawberry boba. Sadly, while she liked the boba she was not a fan of the tea. She liked my mulberry one a little better, but in general was not a fan. However, they have tons of other options, including Oreo drinks, so maybe next time we will try those. Brightly decorated; a few seating options, including a loveseat. Friendly staff. Decent prices. Maybe not a kid's bubble tea place, but a good one nonetheless.

we've gone here a few times for a special treat for my kid after their appointments, and the drinks are great, and the takoyaki was amazing! the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean

They get busy around closing time, but the staff are super respectful, & nice. they have unique drinks here as well I love this spot 9.5/10 recommend.
