Very disappointed in food, service, attitude when speaking about walking out. Waited over 20 minutes after being seated upstairs last night and happened on first trip about 2 weeks ago. Food on first trip was as amazing and such big servings. We liked it so much decided to go again. After being walked by several times by waiter and nothing said we decided to tell them we were leaving. All 3 young folks standing at desk looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. A gentleman there in white shirt when asked he is the manager. He pointed out the man with greasy hair, unkept look was the owner. Long story short manager agreed to take care of us if we would stay. The waiter was very kind and apologetic when he realized he had "skipped by us."Caprese salad was so so made with under ripe tomatoes. While eating that our entrees were brought out quickly. I had Meat Lasagna that was so hard and top layer burnt unable to cut. The bottom was burnt black. Noodles dough taste and marinara sauce wasn't' warm. Tried to eat some left poor taste in mouth. Husband had Chicken Parm with fettuccini Alfredo able to eat okay. Not going back seems too many staff hanging around and a owner who doesn't care.

Pizza is good from the "Pub". We probably get it once every two weeks, if not every week. They are located next to the golf pro shop, below the clubhouse. It's convenient and staff are friendly. I would recommend it. But check hours before you go. Winter hours are different from summer hours. In the summer, they are open for lunch. It's fast and easy. My kids like their fries and their "twisty links", which are pepperoni/salami knots. We dine in, but do carry out more frequently.

We had a membership to New Albany Links last year and went here for dinner at The Pub only once. The food was greasy, not well-seasoned, and generally tasted like it came from the freezer. Sorry folks, but if I'm paying for a club membership, I'd expect slightly better food than this. Oh and when I ordered a lemon drop martini without a sugar rim (you know the recipe: vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup), they served me Gatorade and vodka in a martini glass. Because I'm kind of a lush and I found it pretty hilarious, I still drank it but quickly switched to something else.I suppose, though, that it you live in the neighborhood and want an easy place to take the family and with a crappy kids menu laden with fries and pizza, this is your place.

It's not called Vito's anymore, now it's just The Pub. But still the same menu.Everything is prepared by a professional chef & most things seem homemade (even the noodles & sauces). We usually get the blackened chicken fettuccine or chicken parmigiana. Comes with homemade crusty Italian rolls. For the quality & portion size, the prices are great. $8 for a small and $12 for a large. They also have a new bar that is really nice & outdoor patio.
