Large store near Easton. A vast inventory with many brands you'd expect in a good store like Smith Brothers and Norwalk. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to spend a lot of time weigh you to insure you get what you want.

Sheila was amazing!My fiancé and I stopped in this morning knowing only that we needed a dining room table, and not much else. We had not discussed size nor style prior to entering the establishment. Our entire experience here from entry to purchase lasted merely an hour, as we browsed and narrowed our search down to two tables. Sheila never followed us around while we were searching, but she did check in with us on a couple occasions to see how we were doing and to offer us bottled water. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and helped us to decide between our top two tables. My fiancé and I are extremely happy with the table we found here!

We will never do business with this company ever again (and this was our first experience). As business owners ourselves, we suggest people stay clear of this furniture store. Despite priding themselves under the guise of extraordinary customer service, they refused to give a refund on a cancelled order. The order was requested to be cancelled 2 days after it was ordered. We were told the manufacturer was behind on orders by over 2 weeks - for a total of 6-8 weeks - contrary to their normal 6 week window. We were never told their refund policy on "special order" items. Their rectification to the issue was a $200 refund on a nealy $9000 order. We offered them a suggestion: sell the pieces on their showroom floor. They were not open to suggestion and despite their response - the pieces being of high quality - they were willing to lose a customer, over rectifying an issue that clearly could have had positive outcomes. If there was any CHANCE of retaining us as customers, they successfully destroyed that. Again, we will do everything in our power to tell ALL our friends, family, and social media of their exceptionally poor customer service and, even worse, customer retention. #fail

Outstanding product. I fell in love with my kitchen table set the minute I saw it. It is beautiful, sturdy, and I believe I received great value in my purchase. The salesperson and staff were great. Delivery was quick and professional! Easy to do business with!

Always helpful always nice, each time we come we are never disappointed. We love our tables and our chairs, we come back for the customer service.

Price and style are important to everyone. For me, the customer experience is the most important thing. Over the past two weeks, I have been in Kitchen Tables and More three times. The first time I was in, I ran into a friendly sales person but was in a time crunch. I left and came back later that day to make a purchase. The next sales person was snobby and cold. In fact, was whispering with another associate as she processed the transaction. Despite this experience, I went back to look at another item I had my eye on today and wasn't greeted at all by anyone. I will definitely bring my business somewhere else......totally their bad since I am in the market to purchase a great deal of furniture to furnish a new house. Out with the old.....in with the new. I will find a new table getting spot too.

Update: reached out to help and offer a discount. They have been in contact and are trying to make things right.

We had a wonderful experience while shopping for our new dinning room table. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a delay in shipping of the chairs (which we knew in advance) due to COVID, and they were able to actually work some magic and meet a deadline we had for a graduation dinner. They went above and beyond.

This place has done it right for years. I needed chairs for my family table and for my new in-home studio. I got personalized attention, careful consideration of what I needed, and the timing of the delivery was outstanding. I love the chairs, and I am so glad I went here to get them. The quality of the chairs, too, is amazing. My kids are tough on furniture. With 5 boys, we needed something to last and we got it at a great price.

I had a great experience at Kitchen Tables and More. I was referred there by a friend who also had a great experience. The location had always seemed odd to me and I had assumed it wasn't very nice- I was very wrong! They have an excellent selection of kitchen Tables, chairs, etc in a range of price points. Sheila, the sales associate, was very helpful and not pushy at all. I felt able to move through the selection and sales process at my own pace, which was wonderful because I can't stand pushy sales experiences! We ordered a gorgeous Canadel table and chairs. They arrived in the time frame quoted. It was easy to schedule delivery and they arrived exactly on time. I would definitely recommend!
