Vineyard At Porter Central

What a great find! Wonderful little micro winery in the country, but only minutes from the city. The tasting g room is super cool. It's in an old barn that's been updated but still holds its rustic charm. There's plenty of seating inside and out. There's a stage outback where you can hear some local talent if you're lucky. Hours are 2pm-7pm Fri and Sat. Definitely worth the adventure and don't leave without feeding the sheep!

We had an awesome afternoon at Vineyard at Porter Central. Fabulous friendly service, quaint interior with a live musician (unexpected and added the perfect touch!) We did a tasting which included 4 options. Not a large selection of wines, but with the seasonal ciders it wasn't hard to fill! Loved seeing the sheep and sitting in the many different outdoor options. Stunning farm. Hidden gem in Sunbury for sure.

Headed out for a Sunday with my mom and daughter in search of a winery. This was a pretty cool place, and they had quite a few sheep very close by and people seemed to enjoy feeding them. It is a small winery but very friendly and a great place to spend some time. Mom had a couple of Sangria and liked them especially after we asked for them to sweeten them up. Daughter and I had a tasting of the wine and cider. To be honest, I was not impressed with the wine, but the cider was very good and we ended up getting a glass each. Very cute place and they even had a set up where you could entertain a small group under a tent. I would come back here for sure, just for the cider and relaxing time. Oh they had the porta potties in the silo, very clean, and different. Neat idea

Very cute place. Two piece band to entertain us for the evening. The barn was beautiful with the glass pained doors.

Nice place to go with friends. They have wines but their cider is delicious!! The owners were so friendly and helpful in selecting our beverages. They had live music and the cutest little sheep outside. A hidden gem north of Columbus.

Service was nice, limited food options. Ambiance was ok. There was a musician playing acoustic guitar and he was enjoyable. However, there were several kids running around which was a distraction.

Very cute place. Wine and cider good. Snacks available. Owners very nice! Will definitely be back!

We visited the The Vineyard at Porter Central yesterday. It is now one of our favorite local wineries and vineyards! The owners Gail & Craig are both very friendly and knowledgable. I wasn't expecting too much since the winery is less than a year old but we loved their red blend that had some Rosso in the blend; bought a bottle of that! All of their wines are dry, which is our preference. We also tried two of their ciders, which were great as well. Their Sauvignon Blanc had much more flavor than most Sauvignon Blanc that I've tried.
