Victory Fitness Center

This place needs to be shut down because no hot water, no spinners, rude plumber because cold showers are the worst. I do not recommend this place.

I like Victory Fitness and all the amenities that they offer, especially for women. I am always greeted with a smile and told to have a great day when I leave. The facility seems to always be clean and has cleaning solutions and towels stocked when I need to wipe down the equipment that I am working on. There are always enough machines and equipment available when I need to work out. I love that there is a women-only section for when I may feel a little insecure and do not want to work out in the general areas. Staff and members are always respectful and I have never had an issue with anyone personally. The only cons that I have run into is that the pool area smells very strongly of urine (at least the last time I go into the pool) and I followed the class calendar and when I went to participate in them, they were not in session.

I wanted to start my weightloss journey at a place that was affordable, with a sauna and hot tub. Victory had all three! I drive all the way from Madison County for friendly service and a wide variety of machines to choose from. There's also zumba and water volleyball.

Our membership is an awesome price for us! The hours are good during the week I just wish they opened a littler earlier on Saturday. Truly my onlycomplaint is the cleanliness of the bathrooms and locker area. They always have a smell to them and I hate going in there. As someone who works out on a lunch break though I have no choice or go back to work not clean. We have been here for over a year and still have a year left on our membership. I'm not positive we'll renew because of the locker rooms, as I want to be able to get a good work out in and not feel dirty if I need to shower there as well. Overall though they have a good mix of equipment and I love the boot camp classes! Definitely worth it for those.

Great gym, helpful staff, the same people have been going here for years so it has a good sense of community. I've been a member for close to 8 years.

Nice facility friendly staff. Pool is decent size. They need to fix whatever the issue is with speakers or system so their can be music in pool area for classes.

This is gonna be a in depth review of this business as observed while doing business with this establishment. 07/27/2023 Early morning between 8-9am i walkd in thru there sliding doors to inquire about a membership from the tall caucasian male behind the counter. i was given a tour as well as a fee chart for services. Upon feeling that Victory fitness would be a good gym to join i paid $95.66 and became a member all in the span of 30 minutes. Upon payment and signup i left to gather some gym clothing. A hour later i came back to work out. the day went by no issues now the next day 7/28/2023 early morning i called in due to getting a call regarding a serious family matter which would require me to relocate immediately. The same gentleman notified me that i would have to go to sign paperwork and also confirm the cancellation which i did within a 1 hour. i payed with apple pay due to not having my physical card. before leaving victory fitness the caucasian gentleman notified me it may take up to 30 days to process my refund which i accepted. it is now 8/28/2023 No Refund and no response on status.

Great gym, has a sauna, not constantly waiting for equipment, very great people both members and staff, have been going here for 3 years and don't plan to change anytime soon!

Love this gym! Enjoy having the ladies area and the large main gym. Utilizing both rooms of equipment is a bonus on busy days in the gym. I can count on them being open and clean constantly since being a member since 1995. Membership is extremely affordable considering the pool and hot tub.
