Vick's Gourmet Pizzeria

I stopped by Vick's on the Columbus Pizza Trail and ordered a simple cheese pizza and beer.The pizza is amazing; cheese, sauce, crust, and assorted spices. The crust was crispy, but giving and not overcooked. The cheese was perfectly melted and blazing hot! Service was great; I went in the early afternoon do there weren't a lot of customers at the time, but I could tell the wait staff had their routines down and they took care of me.The ambiance was a little old school decor, which I love! There is a warm, wonderful hometown feel!

Tried Vick's for the first time and it was well worth the 30 minute drive for us. Very nicely decorated historic brick building. Service was very good especially for a Saturday evening. I had the Steak Portabella pizza which was even better than i expected and my wife had a pepperoni xtra cheese pizza. The crust in both was thin and crispy with a nice subtle taste. The pepperoni was very tasty and sauce was a good non-sweet but not too spicy sauce. The Steak Portabella had a lot of both steak and mushroom and was a very good pizza. Definitely plan to return in the near future.

Welp. 55 years. 55. Longer for my parents. Today I ordered and picked up the same pizza that I have been ordering and picking up since I was a child. Only this time over the last few years included, I get a medium instead of a large. While someone who is in the industry understands and just by going to the grocery store that prices are indeed Very high right now, however, that does not nor should not imply that a piece that is normally 13+ dollars is now the same exact pizza at 22+ dollars what in the actual hell. And after 55 years, I can promise you the pizza has changed. We all know why it's just a total complete shame. The end of an era for absolute sure.

I have never had a calzone with ricotta cheese. And the dangerous part of that is that you cannot just through it together. You have to have the right consistency of mozzarella and very little ricotta cheese. I do not taste nor feel any mozzarella in this calzone. If they did not have mozzarella cheese, or they were short on mozzarella cheese, that should have been stated so I could've made a better choice. I will never purchase another calzone from Vick's pizza. I will stick to their pizza. Their pizzas are remarkable. Just very disappointed, because it's the holidays. Money is tight and I was treating myself. Not a good time to try something new. No part of the cheese was stringy.

O My God...What a night..Perfect Date..Parking lot packed , we parked in the back and came in the back way. Friday Night 65 out and No one on the patio, inside packed 20 min wait ,standing room only guess they thought it was to cool out NOT..So McKenzie gets us our drinks while we wait and we say we will eat outside . Go out beautiful out no wind , string lights to set the atmosphere, I start singing and dancing with my wife I met there 13 years ago. We pick a great playlist set the phone up sing and dance some more and McKenzie brings us out 15 min. later the Best tasting Pizza around and it was HOT delicious and spot on..Awe yes 13 years ago still eating Vicks, Dancing and having a blast , I Love Cheryl and Vicks . Thank You Charlotte and Doug what you have turned Vicks into over the last 50 + years is nothing short of Amazing..

Always great pizza and customer service. ***The only downside is that when ordering online through their Toast hosted webpage the delivery option is provided by a third party. So it ends up being fees upon fees upon fees.

I have been wanting to try Vicks for a while, and decided to order through Doordash. I ordered extra cheese on the pizza and this didn't seem like extra cheese. I was expecting this amazing flavor from some of the reviews, but I honestly thought it was just ok. The garlic bread was pretty good and had a great garlic flavor. The sub wasn't bad and the BBQ pizza tasted pretty decent of what I could eat of it. It was either dropped or slid off the seat, something during delivery. I'm not saying I'd never eat there again and if I do it will be there, but I didn't really see anything special about the taste.

This was our first time visiting this location. The food and service were great for a busy Friday night. We are new to the area and have been looking for a good place for pizza and this was it. We will be back for sure.

Best Pizza in Ohio Been here for over 65 years and I have eaten this pizza since 1965 and have tried so many Pizza places around Columbus and surrounding areas and still this is my Fav. Great patio for outdoor eating and big roomy indoor eating , great food and Best of the Best Pizza ,,,,Mic Drop

We just love Vick's Pizza. Never had a bad experience eating in or take home. The live music makes dining there very enjoyable.
