Van Java Hibachi

Only gave a star because I can't give a review without one. Something BAD has happened since they opened the brick and mortar. No Ramen anymore. The Hibbachi rice was not that style - soy sauce on rice and maybe tossed around on the grill for a second or two. Disgusting. And absolutely say NO to the cabbage. Slaw mix they heated up on the grill and threw on some sort of brownish sauce. And they didn't have the miso soup on their menu and the wonton soup had store-bought gyoza in a poorly flavored broth. Just so sad. This was a gem. Now worse that the yuckiest of take out you can find. And paid $56 for the three of us at lunch, drinking water each, without the tip. Not worth time or dime. These photos are from first amazing visit more than a year ago. Nothing like this now.

I'm not exactly sure how, but they have only gotten better since opening! A must try if your in town!

Amazing hibachi, incredible flavor?Beautiful anesthetics and amazing staff. The shrimp are my absolute favorite. What a gem located in Marion.

I am truly amazed at how amazing the food is here!!! I have eaten ALOT of hibachi in my lifetime including the restaurant at Epcot and this is better! Very flavorful! Very impressed!! We will be back for more!

I enjoy their food and it's a lot cheaper than iron chef. They don't have any one that cooks at your table but it's the same style food. I'd rather sit with my guests rather than a bunch of people anyway to watch a half hearted performance. Everything I have had here I have enjoyed. LOVE the egg yolk sauce here as well.

Fresh and delicious omg wow. Love this place- order the veggie fried rice with cabbage/hibachi chicken and steak can't go wrong.

The food is fresh and delicious, and the service is excellent. It's the best restaurant in the area. I will definitely be back soon.

Ordered on door dash which at the time didn't inform me that they were closing soon. Got the food and some one decide to leave a little note. Also they put way less rice into the entree. I think I will just stick with Japanese steak house from now on.

The food here is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. It is one of my favorite spots in Marion.
