I'm shocked that this fairly long standing business in the Short North hadn't been added to Yelp yet, well.. Until I just added it now. It's connected to the White Castle building, snuggled right near the entrance to the apartments, Penzone, and Orange Theory. They sometimes have mannequins out front to call attention to it but it can be hard to miss.Once inside the staff is incredibly friendly, always providing help and suggestions when needed. The aesthetic of the store is pretty much black and white. I've never seen a lot of color here and when I do, it tends to be more neutral tones. The clothing can be fun and unique or even classy depending on what you're looking for. I will add that it's not very size inclusive. As a size 6 I was having a hard time finding something that was true to size.Overall, it fits nicely in the Short North and prices compare to the other boutiques in the area. It's definitely worth a stop, especially if you are a tiny person that prefers a fairly monochromatic wardrobe.

Stopped into this cute clothing store the other day and instantly fell in love! The clothes are so chic and flattering! I bought a dress that I know I will get great wear out of! The employee was super helpful in helping me find my sizes and try on clothes as well!

Any boutique on high street in the Short North that survives 5 years in business, especially the past 5 years, is probably worth the real-estate-- and that's absolutely true of Vamp Official. It might be my new favorite local clothing spot.I was delighted to stumble upon this woman-owned small business this past weekend (how did I not know about this?!). The woman working the counter I am now realizing may be the owner? And she was incredibly charming, chic, and helpful. A perfect stylistic representation of the store itself and the perfect model to display looks that I assume she is choosing/buying herself!I ended up with a super cute black and white denim skirt covered in crescent moons, and two amazing pairs of retro jeans. Epic 90's beige cargo jeans-- totally utilitarian raver badassery-- and black boyfriend-cut also super 90's jeans that somehow make my legs look super long. I seriously can't wait to wear them everything I bought! I pretty much liked everything I tried on and I got my top 3 faves.If you love neutral colors (they ONLY sell neutrals x3) in fresh, funky and retro styles this is 100000000% your store. I'll be back as soon as I feel like I've waited long enough for them to get a bunch of new stuff in :)

The girls at this store are so sweet and fun! Such a great and UNIQUE selection of clothes for women my age, and I love that it's a small business. My only complaint is that I ordered a shrug type sweater that literally came unraveled at the neck after one wash... I did speak to someone on the phone about it and they instructed me to send photos and my info to their business phone. I did and haven't heard back yet, but intend to pursue, it really seemed like they wanted to help me and wanted me to have a good experience!

Clothes are super cute & staff is very nice. Brand unfortunately is not size inclusive which is a bummer in general but especially in 2024. I feel like I've gotten good wear out of the clothes I do have from there for the price.

Vamp Official is very sleek, very chic, and very black. It's reasonable for anyone to think that a store which limits its clothing selection to a black, white, and neutral color scheme might be a bore, but Vamp is anything but. It's the perfect place for closet essentials and provides the best foundation for a mix-and-match capsule wardrobe. You can find basic, but also statement tops, and the silhouettes are incredibly flattering. For Game Day (Go Bucks!), they offer unique Ohio State Merch that you can't find anywhere else on campus but their tarnish-free gold jewelry is the reason why Vamp will always be my favorite Columbus boutique.

I purchased a skirt at full price. Sales staff told me that they were having a sale the next day. I went on their site confirmed it was on sale. Instead of repurchasing the skirt. I contacted by texting and emailed. The next day I went to the store the sales representative told me that she was new and called the manager. I was informed they would not honor the discount. That it was in store only. Not true. I was told by staff that I could shop from home. What kind of customer service is this? Think twice. Disappointed because I expect better from a small business and always make efforts to support them.
