Upper Cup Coffee

Decided to give this place a second chance...So glad I did Today's visit was everything that the first visit was not today's visit had welcoming staff that were really pleasant to talk to really good croissants and they made a latte that was quite good The only thing that would've been better is if they actually had soy milk as an alternative milk source... However, they had oat milk and almond milk neither which I will drink so I used whole milk For some reason, the café seemed more balanced aesthetics wise. It seem to work better. I just enjoyed every bit of my visit. Sometimes stuff makes a gigantic difference. I think the upper cup coffee that is definitely the case. They have a good staff now.

What a cute coffee shop! Came in here as we were attempting to kill some time and walk around this little downtown area. Lots of people in here working and even just catching up over a cup of coffee with some friends. I loved the atmosphere in here. They had some unique seating, including a church pew for seating which I thought was so fun and interesting. The menu is pretty simple but the coffee is pour over and they do it right at the counter!!! I loved it and loved the smell. They even had bags you could take home and I kind of wish I did. The coffee smelled AMAZING! I went the basic route and just got vanilla iced coffee with oat milk. It was really good! We got our coffee and walked around the fountain area and then walked by the river, too. Definitely a cute coffee shop I would recommend!

Nice little coffee shop, when I walked in I felt the warm customer service. It was super easy to order and get your food and drink. I definitely recommend this coffee shop if you are in the area!!

I recently tried a latte from upper cup coffee and it was very good. The coffee shop is cute and definitely a nice place to sit down and study or work while enjoying a cup of coffee. The place was very clean and the service was great. My latte was served with a cute little heart too! There is plenty of parking all around this shop. You should try this place out and you won't be disappointed!

It's a little echo-y in the shop, and I don't think I would like hanging out there (it feels... cold, despite being cute), but the coffee was excellent and piping hot. There's also free parking in the garage right next door, and you can walk into Creekside Park from there, so it's a lovely option for an afternoon coffee break.

Tasteful mocha, enjoyable work space. Quick kind service. Baked goods and sandwiched options.

Delightful decaf iced soy vanilla's latte. Lots of places can't do decaf well but they did! Service, ambiance and food were all great!

Best coffee shop to visit, my family loves visiting Once we visited three times in a day, coffee , tea breakfast sandwich or lunch options are great. Tried various lattes cold and hot, tea and breakfast sandwich and pastries. Excellent service with a smile Great place for a chat with a friend

Located in beautiful downtown Gahanna near the walking paths. Took a little long to be served just two cups of coffee and a croissant. Coffee was only average in my book.

The ambiance is nice, the shop is nice, it's in a nice part of town, and the food and coffee are delicious!!! The only problem is, the staff needs to be friendlier with the customers, have smiles on their faces, and it will make the customers feel happy to be there. Unfortunately, the last couple times I've visited this coffee shop, the staff didn't appear friendly at all and that's why I'm giving this place 3 stars.
