Brand new fitness center right on 79 next to JoAnns store. They are running specials right now so if you're looking for a place to work out I would definitely check this place out. The people here are exceptional, very helpful, they know their fitness! They have a ton of machines and will walk you through each one to show you how it works and what your weight should be. They are adding classes soon. They even have a room for kids & a masseuse! Soon they will have the tanning beds going too. A lot of bang for your buck here. Great location. Not like the big name places with too many people looking to hook up (ugh!). Honestly I don't like working out & so I hired Roy Price as a personal trainer, and it's been the best investment. Ive lost 12 inches overall in 4 months. 3 off the waist. My health is very important to me & I feel stronger than ever with great energy. Be good to yourself & check this place out.

I have been a member of this gym for 4 years, I absolutely love this gym. It's a 24 hour gym, has surveillance cameras and a super friendly staff. They have personal trainers and several classes available so you can mix it up a bit. This gym welcomes all ages and everyone is very nice.I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

I was a member of this gym for 1 year while I lived in Heath. The diverse and high-quality equipment available is effective for gym goers at any level. The community within is very friendly and everyone has a positive attitude. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to start working out, or continuing to have a healthy lifestyle.
