I WISH YELP HAD A NO STARS OPTION!!!! I was visiting this establishment while I was on a quick work trip to Columbus and I wish I never went tbh. When I walked in, nobody greeted me and I wasn't given a menu. Someone finally came over and asked me what I wanted and I told them I wanted a mint hookah with coconut (natural) coal. 10 minutes later the server returned, and this was the beginning of this disaster encounter. First of all, when he arrived the pipe had quick light coals and not coconut coals and the flavor smelled off. I quickly realized he had given me paan flavor and not the mint I ordered. When I brought it up to the server he looked confused and yelled in Arabic "Abeeda dalabt el na3na3" which roughly translates to "the n-word ordered mint". Sadly, because I'm black they assumed I didn't understand Arabic however I graduated from high school in the Middle East so jokes on them. When I brought up the comment, they went from shocked to angry. At that point I realized that while their clientele was made of people who look like me, they didn't need my ABEED coins and left. Don't come here, they legit have no respect. Also, half of their pipes look like they had mold in it. On the way out I heard a woman say that when she complained about her food, the server STUCK HIS FINGER IN HER FOOD AND TOLD HER IT WAS FINE AND THEN THREW HER BABY AGAINST THE WALL AND LEFT THE BABY WITH A PERMANENT DENT IN HER HEAD!!!!!

I really wanted to take this time to thanks the twins. They let us host my brothers 48th birthday gathering. We had an amazing selection of cigars and hookahs to choose from. The waiters and owners always came over to check on us and bring us water, ice and anything that we were in need of. They made us really feel like we were family. If you want a safe comfortable place to unwind with no drama come to the twins. Thanks again for the hospitality and friendship. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselbes.

Love this hookah lounge. It's very cozy and the hookah is on point... the place is Super clean, comfortable atmosphere and the service is amazing... it will be my new spot for sure

UPDATE: I have been going here for the past few years and I have an odd relationship with this hookah bar. Let me tell you why: Hookah: 5/5Their hookah itself is really wonderful. I don't know if it's just the shisha itself or what... but you can definitely identify all sorts of flavors. I'm not a mint girl... but through recommendation, I ALWAYS combine mint with a fruit. It brings out the flavor and the hit is smoother. Customer service: 2/5This is kind of frustrating. I can't stand the customer service. They greet you, seat you, and get you hooked up... really quick and then they are no where to be found. We are expected to change the coals ourselves. They never check up on us. A lot of the times they have a group of men come in and play cards, and whomever is working is preoccupied with them (usually mingling... I assume they are family/friends), which means as a customer you get neglected. It sucks. Food: 1/5When this place first opened, their food was phenomenal. But in the past 3 years their food has taken a turn for the worst. Take my word: DON'T EAT HERE. Every time we try to give it a chance, we have to send it back. I kid you not, their Oreo milkshake (which used to be delicious), is basically just Oreos and ice. Not ice CREAM.... ice. Atmosphere: 4/5The atmosphere is really chill and they actually have beautiful displays of art on the walls. Their couches are comfy and everything seems well maintained. Very cozy. They have plenty of room to accommodate a lot of people. Whether you wanna go by yourself or with 10 people... they'll get you seated comfortably together. Location: 3/5It's very convenient for me. However, on the weekends parking can be a hit or miss because it is in Old Hilliard. Overall: 3/5I keep coming back to this place because I only get the bare minimum. If you don't feel like driving in the middle of downtown for some hookah and ONLY want hookah... this place will fit your needs. Their hookah and seating area is great. However if you want to eat food, hookah, and expect great customer service... look elsewhere. Pros: Convenient, good hookah, comfy atmosphere Cons: neglectful service, pricing is average

4.0 StarsLocation Overview:This hookah lounge is located in Old Hilliard. The inside has a high end feel, but it made it still feel relaxing and very chill. If you have a laptop or need your phone charged as you smoke, there are tons of outlets. I thought the furniture was over done at first, but there is still tons of room to move around and tons of seating for small to very large parties. Customer Service:This is the only reason this establishment is not getting 5.0 Stars. While the gentleman who helped me was not rude and got my hookah going almost immediately, he was on his phone the entire hour and a half that I was there. I felt like I was being rude if I interrupted his conversation. I can understand most of these places are not run by employees but by the owners themselves so they are at an extention of their home, however, I would appreciate a little more professionalism. He did check coals frequently so the hookah lasted a long while. Quality/Quantity:The quality of the hookah was fantastic. No complaints there. The only thing I question are the coals themselves. I think this is the pickier side of me coming out, but I like to use cocoa coals not quick lights. This establishment uses quick lights, which are not bad, they just go out 3x faster than cocoa coals. The overall quantity is great. Tons of hookahs for a busy night, a lot of seating as well. Side Notes:Great for an afternoon chill and to read a book while smoking or bringing the cliché for a night out. Very little parking. If its a busy night you may be struggling to find parking.

Came here during the Arnold expo and looked for a good hookah place.This is the place to come to!!!!Thank you for great service

Very very cool place! A ton of seating, comfy couches. Definitely has a higher-end vibe. They also have a whole room where you can buy hookahs and supplies. The hookah was delicious and the service was great. They pretty much give you a whole roll of coals so you don't have to wait for your coals to be adjusted. I prefer to do it myself anyways! This was a great place to spend the afternoon. Loved it!

Great service!! Actually had the "Twins" serve me and they were very hospitable. Hookah was done right, prices were reasonable. Would definitely come back!

You just lost a customer. This is a ripoff. A hookah, mugg of tea and a coffee for $42. This is way to much. Revise your prices. I added a %20 tip and I had to pay $50.
