Management does not care orders are done wrong and will not communicate with customers

If I could give them zero stars I would...Their customer service is atrocious..I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and black olives..the black olives were sour and smelled ruint..the manager argued with me that they were fine. Because apparently at 60 years old..I don't know if something is spoiled..

The garlic bread is fantastic!! Tubby's pizza has been a go to for my husband and I for a bit now. My mom and aunt came to visit from California and wanted to try "the Ohio experience in pizza form" we got tubby's and they were happy with it.

Don't order from here just a mediocre business in a small town. Food is ok but if you have a problem forget it. They don't care. Don't waste your time get a better option.

This is my favorite pizza in Galion Ohio. I love the thin crust! We order it anytime we are visiting family in the area. Staff members are friendly and our orders have always been accurate. This is the best pizza in town!

Some of the best pizza I've had. Delivery is usually fast. Sometimes a little greasy. Love the BLT foldover!

Tubby's Pizza in Galion is my go to place for pizza.I've heard mix reviews from the local community. I personally been satisfied with their food items.My personal favorite is their pizza. I love their thin crust and flavorful sauce. I've tried all their items except their chocolate chip cookie pizza. Their subs they fill generously with meat and cheese. They put the right amount of condiments on their subs. Their wings are good size with many choices of sauce to choose from. Their salad is a very good size that can be shared. Their garlic cheesy bread is tasty and flavorful.The perk of the Galion location is after 9pm you can have any of the daily specials. I highly recommend Galion Tubby's pizza.

Rude Employees. I was told a 45 minute wait time. An hour and 25 minutes later, I called and was told it "should be" on the next run. I asked when that would be, they said at least 20 to 30 minutes making it two hours. . I asked to speak to a manager. The guy that answered the phone said he was and I could speak to the other manager, but that was his sister and that their parents were the owners, and it was a private business. It was not giving out their name or phone number, & didn't want my phone number because "they wouldn't call me back anyways". I asked if they could do anything to make a two hour wait right and he said no not on delivery times. I then proceeded to call the Marysville store which I was told on occasion they do have longer w times, but they try to make it right with the customer. Asked for my phone number and said they would have one of the co-owners call me back which never happened so the son of the owner at the Galion location was right there was nothing they would do for me and his parents did not care and would not call me back.

They may seem rude on the phone but they were busy and it once I showed kindness such as please and thank you their tone changed.. the pizza was hot even though it took over an hour.. this is a busy time. There are better choices in town but they are great if you have the time to pick it up instead of waiting on delivery.
