Troyers Marketplace

Stopped by here on our way to Amish Country. It's a cute little store that has a lot of Amish specialties that aren't readily available in this area. Bought a cheese ball that tasted great. Also bought a cheese dip & some condiments & everything was fresh and delicious. There's a great selection of spices at good prices. I purchased hickory salt & paprika. We were able to check out quickly with no wait. We would shop here again when in the area.

Some of these 1 star reviews are hard to believe. I've been going into Troyers for YEARS and the family that runs it, along with all of the employees, are always friendly and helpful. I have stood in line many (many) times behind elderly patrons who struggled with one thing or another, and whether they were busy or not, the staff has never even remotely seemed bothered by the situation.1 star reviews are mostly like "user error".Troyers has a really great variety of meats, cheeses, baked goods (cinnamon roll donut, yessss), fresh produce and season items that we all need; flower baskets in spring and a pumpkin patch in fall. If there is a con here; it is 1) during the lunch rush it is very busy, so if you're planning to shop, come before or after lunch. 2) They used to have reallly, REALLY good fries but something has changed and they aren't quite as nice anymore. Overall, dont listen to the drama - Troyers is great.

I love this place. I make a 4hr round trip, just to get a few unique items here. I love the frozen "tart cherries", which I bought 25 lbs to bring home to use in pies, cobblers, etc... Martha was a huge help. All the staff is very polite and willing to assist me with any of my needs or questions. A great deli, as well....with a small "dine in" area to sit, relax, and enjoy to nice big deli meat sandwich.

This place has been in my own backyard for years, and yet I only just now started shopping here. Why? Their weekday hours are problematic if you have a day job and they are absolutely PACKED on Saturdays. Parking is also challenging, but there are a few extra spaces along the side of the building. I saw some folks park at the business next door and walk over, as well. Great selection of spices and unique items made in Ohio. Deli counter, sandwich shop and fresh donuts are all available. Prices are a little high on some things but from the delicious sample of the cinnamon bread I tried, it was clear that you get what you pay for.

Best beef jerky. Mild and spicy are my favorites. Also their chocolate eclairs are exceptional. Try their chicken salad too.

Rude employees Will never go back to this business .Employee was so rude to my 86 year old mother because it took her a bit to find her money she always hides in her purse .Employee told us she didn't have all day to check us out mind you no one else was in line to check out .

I recently went there. Probably been there about 5 times. The food is good. I like their cream filled donuts and pies. My problem with Troyers is the prices. A little much. They don't sell hot tea in the restaurant eating area. There's no sweetner for coffee. Asked them to put toilet paper in womens restroom. When we left 20 minutes later still no toilet paper. Their very busy and crowded.

Whenever we go there the staff is very friendly and helpful and the products are fresh. They have a great selection of sandwich meats and cheeses to choose from with a very good fresh sandwich shop. The place is busy but the great staff you are able to get in and out pretty quickly.

Great little marketplace and they have a little cafe where you can order sandwiches and sides which was affordable and simple and good! Their deli meats and cheeses are great quality, cheaper than most places and taste great!

Great food and service! Homemade pastries are delicious as well as sandwiches and salads.
