Trove Warehouse

UPDATE: While it may have taken some time, the people at Trove surprised me with a full refund! The online marketplace comes with risks and not all vendors do the right thing when money is on the line. Trove Warehouse IS NOT one of those places. Special thanks to Stephanie at Trove who showed Patience and Grace throughout (which I'm sure is not easy with a frustrated customer on the line). This order certainly had its complications, but aside from the color, the quality of the furniture is great and I would definitely recommend shopping at Trove to friends and family. Thanks team Trove Warehouse!

I checked their website to verify they were open today which is Sunday. It verified they were open at 11 AM. Here I am at 1 PM after driving for 35 minutes only to find out they're closed. Unbelievable. Just a "closed" sign over the "open Sunday" hours sign. At least use Google and update your hours.Thanks for the response. Other than this mistake, the store is pretty amazing.

I was just very dissatisfied with my recent phone calls with their staff and their unwillingness to help me in my situation. I've been treated like I didn't know anything, and I was hung up by the receptionist, which was a woman, and Dominic was very unwilling to give out information.

I am very impressed by not only the selection and quality of products at Trove, but also the high level of customer service received. A true indicator of exceptional customer service is when things don't go as planned. By total accident a sideboard I purchased was damaged before it could be delivered to my home. I was promptly contacted by the GM, Tony Fasolino, who then took all the necessary steps to have the damage expertly repaired and then delivered to me in the same condition as when I first fell in love with the piece in the store. Tony's honest and thorough communication gave me full confidence that Trove makes customer satisfaction a priority. If you are looking for unique, quality furniture and fantastic customer service, Trove is the place you should shop!

Their pieces are unique and quite large. I saw several items I liked but the prices were just too high for my budget, even in the warehouse section. The store was uncomfortably hot as well for those that need air conditioning ( I'm not sure if they have air or not but it didn't feel like it the day I visited). I possibly wouldn't return as there are other nice furniture stores that sell to be a better value.

Wife and I stopped in the place when we were in the area. This is a very unique store with something for just about everyone. The staff is very helpful and polite and was definitely ready to help with anything you needed. Make sure you have lots of time when you go if you want to see everything in this place. There are definitely a TON of unique items here to say the least. This is definitely a great place to go if you are furnishing a new house.

I thoroughly enjoyed walking through Trove and seeing all the furniture and accessories I wanted to buy. This place definitely can provide one with ideas and inspiration. We were approached immediately and had a very nice conversation about the store. This is definitely a place where you will need a large vehicle to haul furniture and/or accessories, so plan accordingly. It was difficult to get out of there without buying something, because everything is so nice and is of good quality. Their products also seem to fit with many different types of decor. I want to go back and go through the warehouse.

I've wanted to visit Trove for so long!!!!! I live four hours away in a different state but drove over for their annual warehouse sale. So I was expecting some amazing deals. Wow, what a huge disappointment!!!This place is extremely overpriced!!!! There wasn't much in the warehouse. So that was a waste of time. Are there beautiful items, definitely so. But there are places were the pricing is more reasonable.

Trove is a wonderful family owned store. I am so happy I stopped in after wondering for awhile what was this place, as I would pass frequently on Kenny Rd. Pricing is affordable and a good mix of styles. I now stop by often to see what new items they put out. If you are in need for furniture, home decor or even a gift for a friend this should for sure be a top stop for you! Bonus, their customer service is great and team who works there are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Best selection of high end furniture at excellent prices. Staff is helpful and friendly. Easy to shop. They quirky accessories are a good touch.
