Triumph BJJ

Dropped in while I was in town. Professor Dan Siegel and everyone at Triumph BJJ showed me great hospitality and some tough rolls.. had a great time.

This is a great gym! Dan is one of the best instructors that I have had the privilege to work with. He breaks down techneics so that you can preform the moves correctly. Also the new Muay Thai class is fantastic! Cory pushes you to your max and you will with out a doubt, LOVE to hate the workout. He is also very knowledgeable and down to earth. It's is a great atmosphere at this gym and everyone there is trying to make everyone else better. My wife and I are very fortunate to have found this gym to help improve our selves physically and mentally.

Very welcoming GREAT coaches the people there are friendly and supportive I feel like they are very relatable and funny.

A BJJ gym that's like family.GFTeam gym under Vitor Oliveiera, Offers great instruction under BJJ black belt Dan Siegel.The gym offers a free week to try it out, unlike other gyms that may only offer a class (you cant get a feel for a place in only one day).Open to guys coming in from out of town who are looking a place to get in mat time.
