Triple Play Pizza

Best pizza in town! Trust me we've tried them all numerous times. Don't fall for the new restaurants and hype. Tripple play is the Ashville OG for pizza.

We are always trying new pizzas, and being somewhat new to the area the pizza around Asheville, has been just Ok. This place fits that bill. It's just ok. We ordered a pepperoni and cheese and a everything pizza. The pep and cheese was alright, but the everything pizza left something to be desired. All the toppings where in the middle of the pizza, and the crust was floppy and under cooked. Oh, we also got ice cream, the ice cream was better than the pizza, but it's hard to mess up ice cream. I'm glad we at least tried this place out, will I go back? Probably not.

As far as the pizza goes, it tastes good, but it's overpriced. I paid 21 dollars for one large pizza. My biggest complaint is how long the delivery took. It took 2 hours before they finally delivered it, and the delivery lady did not apologize or say anything regarding how long the delivery took. If you do get pizza from here, it just makes a ton more sense to do carry out.

Very good pizza. They charge extra if you use plastic. Best place to buy pizza in Ashville. They have many other items on the menu. I have only gotten pizza from them.

I live local. Over the last 13 years I've eaten Triple Play food hundreds of times, personally and for an organization group that I lead. The pizza is great. They are a very small pizza place is a very small town. The higher cost is because their pizzas are larger than other pizza places. Their X-Large (Family Size) pizza is 18". Their large is 16". Most pizza restaurant's large pizza is 16" and an 18" is not available. During busy times, delivery can be slow. They don't promise a delivery time on the phone, they say "we'll get it to you as soon as we can", very nicely. The pizza is always hot and fresh when it is delivered. Currently there is a $1.85 charge to use a credit card and they do not take personal checks. So be prepared to use cash if you do not want to pay the credit card fee. The owners are great people. And I also can say, Dairy Diamond's milkshakes are the best around.

I bought a meat lovers pizza last night. My friend complemented on it. As to how good it was. 1st one I've gotten from there. In quite awhile. I'll definitely order more pizza from there.

Easily best pizza in town. Their wings are also great! I haven't been disappointed by anything I have ordered from here. They are also a great source of employment for people in town, especially high school students.

Good pizza. We had quite a large order of one 1 topping pizza, one 4 topping pizza, cheesey fries (RIP OFF!!! soggy shoe string fries with glob of Velveeta cheese, broccoli cheese bite (RIP OFF!!! for the price, we got just a few), fried shrimp basket (RIP OFF!!! small amount and was worse than frozen), fried mushroom (RIP OFF!!!! taste great but I only got 5!) What the heck happened since Thanksgiving Break???????? Order =$54.25 AND I tipped $10!!!!! I've learned my lesson. Ugh

Food is always good. Would give more stars if the service was faster. We all know it doesn't take an hour to make a pizza!
