The office is very unprofessional and they do not care about you. The apartments are mediocre compared to other apartment complexes in the area like Bridgestone Apartments, but they charge the same amount. Don't fall for all the marketing saying they'll take money off your rent - they only do that to get you in, because their property can't convince you on its own. Do not live here. You can find better.

Honestly since I've moved back to trinity lakes I've had nothing but annoyances. The leasing office finds reasons to send themselves or maintenance to the apartments what feels like every other week. Before I moved here I paid a deposit for myself... then had to put another deposit down to have my dog here. A total of $1000 (pretty average). Apparently maintenance has been in so many apartments that they've noticed blinds broken. They've given everyone the option of purchasing their own for $15-$20 or charging us $50 a blind by next week if we don't fix them. I believe this sort of issue should be handled after a resident moves and comes out of their deposit. The leasing office is never on the same page as each other, having issues such as needing to recopy keys, beeping smoke detectors that they put in brand new then had to come back once again to fix everyone's. We get two forms of email stating our rent, one from the water company that is never correct but trinity lakes hasn't stopped them from sending it causing late fees (residents thinking their rent/utility is cheaper). It took over 6 months to remove a late fee from my account. I'm fed up. This place isn't worth it. They're changing the rent to like $1,300+ when the neighbors are trashy, the homes are not big enough for the price, the constant leasing office issues, terrible traffic (impossible to get in and out of the complex). old and new maintenance have admitted the office is a mess. They refuse to schedule maintenance orders because they aren't sure how long orders will take so if you don't want them in your home while you're gone, then all they will accept is a range of time you'll be home. In fact when I first moved in I woke up to maintenance in my house TWICE without permission to handle a problem we had in the apartment (all I did was email them that something was broken they didn't offer me any "work order" to sign if they'd be allowed inside or not). Drug addicts throwing things at our door, a million cats all over the place last summer, a car drove through the front gate into the front pond and no one ever fixed it, a tree fell down a month or so ago and no one has jumped to remove it. This place is going down hill and fast.

I feel horrible for the electric metering company that works with them, they do what they do to their tenants to them as well. They stuck them with an electric bill for ten days that they will never be able to recoup. The company was blown away after I send proof that they lied. I felt awful for them, they are in a contractual business relationship with people they actually believed. I'm sure they are questioning what else they have been frauded about :/

Your apt. will always smell like weed. There are no clean areas to walk due to geese and dog poop. There is drug paraphernalia and glass bottles everywhere including the pool where children are. The trash might be emptied once a week if lucky. The leasing office does not exist, ever. A tow truck circles the parking lot at night towing cars with expired tags. They turnover leasing agents and property management companies regularly, everything falls apart, they blame you for it. There are just too many apt complexes in the area to choose this one.

Trash. Would not recommend. There are much better apartments in the area for around the same price.
