Great sample size on the Hocking Hills Food cruise along with friendly service. Definitely one of the better stops on our tour. Selection of flavors was interesting and tasty. The junior scoop is plenty if you've had dinner and just popping for a desert.

I had a craving for ice cream and this location and the ice cream definitely did not hit the spot! It started with the poor service. Not one hello or any recognition from the 4-5 teenage employees who stood around in a group. Finally an acknowledgement, then she gets hubbies simple order wrong. I don't think she was actually paying attention to him. Ice cream wasn't very good and prices were average. Very little hot fudge one my one scoop sundae. Such a bummer to waste a sweet tooth and money here!

Has a sign that says if you have food allergies to let them know. We did and asked to scoop from a new container. Workers refused and said they can scrape down the sides. Refused to open a new container for life threatening food allergies.

The worst service I have ever encountered. Not just annoyed but angry and aggressive. It was bizarre. My husband and I were very kind and polite. I did change my ice cream choice but she had not even started making it yet. So then she gave me the totally wrong thing. I nicely said, This is not what I ordered. She took it and chucked it in the trash. She proceeded to make my new ice cream and slammed both of the lids to the ice cream cooler so hard it knocked off the Carmel's that were on top on display!! We were embarrassed for her. But she was not ! Then my vanilla ice cream was terrible. But my husbands cone was great !!

The ice cream here was amazing, and the pretty redhead working was so sweet! My boyfriend and I stopped in for the first time and had no idea what to get. The girl working greeting us right away and helped recommended flavors. My blueberry pancake milkshake was amazing and a good size for the price. Plus I even found a cool in the adjoining store. I would definitely come back!

Quick and friendly service by staff, and as for that ice cream.....get the peach one. You'll thank me later.

The ice cream was just ok. Nothing great.The service was really poor. The people their tonight were so uninterested in helping us, we just felt like we were a distraction to whatever they wanted to do.The ambiance was fine, but who cares if the food and service are so badly lacking.

Over 20 different ice creams to choose from!! It did not disappoint. Cute little souvenir and book shop!

rude customer service they skipped my husband and I and waited on the people behind us then proceeded To have a attitude with us while making our milkshakes and complained when we told them that we got skipped (which we didn't have a attitude about) a family of like 8 got waited on before us when they showed up 10 mins after us. As well they made my milkshake wrong and had even more of a attitude when they handed me the 2 milkshakes that we waited patiently for.

This lovely little gift shop has a good variety of quality creamy ice cream. They have the regulars like chocolate, vanilla and strawberry plus more unusual combination flavors. The teenage staff was pleasant and helpful. We sat outside at a cafe table in the shade which overlooks a pretty miniature golf course with lovely native flowers. The shop is located behind Arby's and next to The Old Dutch Restaurant.
