Small private campgrounds. Looks like a work in progress. Nice new bathrooms. Adequate showers. Small pool, not open yet, but looks nice. Good value. Lots of out of town construction workers staying here now. Will probably be more when Intel starts building. Would stay again. U

As fairly new campers I appreciate a good pull through spot and we had our pick of several. There's a nice pool, a large walking trail, and several different game areas. Great location close to many desirable destinations, friendly staff, and full of respectful campers. So far my favorite campsite we've stayed at to date!

Stayed there 2 weeks in a 33 foot travel trailer, would not go back. No black water hookup, the whole place is a swamp when it rains. I realize early May is a bad time to visit Central Ohio, however they do not put down enough gravel to do the job. Nothing is paved and gravel is a rarity, I was glad to see it in my rear view mirror.

I would most definitely be giving this place a 5 IF our lot wasn't so covered in trash (cigarettes, styrofoam, liters, etc). We can't even use our fire pit because it was so much trash it in, including plastic. I'm not going to burn plastic and I'm not going to spend my time cleaning it out. The other reason it's getting 3 stars is because the place is covered in poison ivy. It's EVERYWHERE. Don't go off the gravel or grass, otherwise you will probably brush up against some. I understand this is not entirely their fault, however a heads up would be nice when they point out the walk way, or maybe have a grounds person that clears some off the walk way or off the camp grounds. Other than those two things, the staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and easy going. The area is SO quite. I was worried about my dogs barking from people being around all the time, but we didn't have to worry one bit. It's so nice to be able to hear the birds and what not, rather than a bunch of people. It's also very well priced. Would we stay again? Yes. But I'm def going to watch out for the poison ivy! It's all over my ankles and itches like crazy. :(

Beautiful tree-filled campground! We loved our 3 night stay here. lots of great amenities including a heated pool and a pickle ball court. Plus best wifi we've had while traveling! We enjoyed our shaded spot with full hook-up. Nice nature trail circles the grounds, great for walking our dogs, plus plenty of green space for walking them within the campgrounds. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and modern. Very friendly staff, especially Tina who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

we stayed a couple times in the off season, October and late April. The one side was full of live ins and seasonals. The pool was closed but there was one. The trail around the park was pretty nice. wifi was decent, kids met some of the seasonal folks and they had a good time playing together. No sewer to use for your black tank, only have grey water hook up at your site, some sites. Doesn't really have much appeal but it is guiet and peaceful if that's what your looking for. I believe there is a lot of hidden potential at this park. it is located in an awesome area and if one could put some money into it, it would turn out to be a popular and favorable location.

Nice campground & the office folks were very accommodating. However, I must agree with William B's comments. While it didn't rain during our weekend stay, it was very apparent that the majority of the lots would be underwater with a good storm or steady rain. Most of the lots are in fact grass covered & having no black water hookup can be a huge inconvenience for long-term campers. Their fix to that is to have you pay $8/wk to have them come around & drain your black tank, which is something that I certainly wouldn't do. Also, if you're a permanent resident, they have restrictions on the number of days per week & continuous stay time during a summer. Personally, I wouldn't pay a monthly rate to be a permanent party if my stay time is going to be restricted, particularly when many permanent campers had obviously put some good money into landscaping/decorating their lots. Otherwise, I did enjoy my stay & would do so again as long as I know the forecast doesn't include rain.
