Medium sized gym with standard equipment. 24/7 access. The people here are respectful and courteous to each other. The overall feel is definitely laid back compared to the feel of some other gyms. Equipment is clean. Only negative is that the weight room can get crowded quickly since it's relatively small compared to the rest of the gym.

Train fitness is an excellent workout facility with a great location. Joining this "family" was the greatest thing I've ever done in regards to personal health and fitness. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable, easily accessible and quick to respond to questions and inquiries. I love this gym and highly recommend it. If feels like your own personal workout space.

Amazing gym. Very laid back vibe, great management, and OSU staff/faculty discount, well-maintained equipment, and 24/7 access are just a few of my favorite things about this gym. You might be paying a little more than a planet fitness, but you also are getting a much more comfortable and well-kept place overall.

Been coming here for several months. It's great! They have all the equipment for free weights, circuit training and cardio that you could want. It looks small from the outside but it packs a punch. There are several rooms with just the right space. Everyone is considerate. It's open 24/7 through locked keypad entry which is convenient. I have been during quiet times and traditionally busy times (evening and weekends) and have never had a problem completing my workouts. The owner and his parents who are often there are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it- especially if you don't want the attitude of a big box gym.

Brand new equipment and machines. Love that it is open 24 hrs. Easy access from rt 315. Great gym!

5 stars! Great location-very clean and well maintained. The 24/7 availabilty is perfect for those who do not work traditional times. I love the staff!
