Townhomes at Blendon

After living here for the last couple years i can fully saythe new ownership is horrendous. The staff is super slow to respond to emergencies, not very helpful, and just all around atrocious! Work orders arehandled very quickly by the maintenance team as they're actually competent unlike the office staff. The homes come with leaky basements, upstairs that don't cool well at all, and trash all over the place as new ownership also thought it was a good idea to add them throughout the properties. Wouldn't really recommend thisplace!

This is a great place to live. The staff is excellent. The Townhomes are 3 stories and clean. Parking is great at 2 spots per unit and visitors sections. The pool and common areas are lovely with grills, chairs , tables, lights and a gazebo. The gym is basic, but clean and free. I dont have kids but there is a play room and play ground along with a multi use field.It is in Blendon Township and Westerville City limits so great public works. The price is perfect with water, sewer and trash included.Pets welcome for extra fees. The patio is great!We feel lucky to be here.

Don't expect anything to be fixed with any a timely manner emergency or not. Ac is awful plan on either paying a very high bill (summer of 2023 mine was 290-380) ac was left on 75) still the place was very uncomfortable and hot or buy your own window ac. They do not communicate with residents about maintenance and will tell you they are not required to. This includes big projects like getting the roof fixed or driveways. So expect a surprise when it's 7am and you hear banning outside your window. The new flooring comes with sticky stuff all over it and won't come out unless you hands and knees scrub. Pool won't be open for months into summer and is typically a green color!
