Top Notch Vapor

Updating this review because Top Notch Vapor has really become a staple in our life. We used to live by the store but now find ourselves making the trip to visit the store still. The service is excellent and the variety of flavors can't be beat. The employees here really take pride in the products and are very knowledgeable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great vapor store to support in Columbus. It is located right on a main road and there is plenty of parking. Very easy to get to and quick and efficient experience.

Vape? Need choices or options? Well look no further. They have more choices than you will know what to do with and they have some of the most known brands too. The staff is knowledgeable about the industry so answering a question comes second nature to them. They also have a good selection of devices as well if you're looking to upgrade or start vaping.

Decent selection, but terrible customer service. With so many vape shops around town, I'd look for a better option if I was you.I came here for the first time today, looked like a nice shop. The space is big and open with lots of racks of juice and a wide selection of devices to choose from.I have a eleaf trim mod that only goes up to 20w and I was looking for a larger tank to go with it. The guy at the counter suggested the tobeco super mini tank and said it should work fine with my device.I bought it, and tried it out and was unhappy to discover it leaked everywhere! I came back in and they said well maybe it was my device or my juice, and that it was "normal" to have juice go in your mouth when you inhale. Um no it's not, but ok then.So I asked for a return and store credit at the least. The guy went and talked to the manager and said sorry nothing we can do.So you sell me a faulty device, try and make up excuses why it doesn't function properly, and then just say sorry too bad? Shops could probably get away with this back in the day, but with so many vape shops around and so many online stores available, customers have too many options to shop at a store with such disregard for the customer. It's sad that a local business would rather lose a customer than even consider giving a partial refund of a measly $20. Is losing a new customer really worth $20 to this shop? What a bad way to run a business. Even if they had zero fault in this situation I would still expect them to try and work with me. So it's really sad that they would sell me a device that doesn't work properly and be so unwilling to do anything to make the situation right. Avoid this place, there are better options ,

I can't say enough about Top Notch Vapor! The owner and staff are just amazing! They always take the time to listen and have the perfect recommendations! I am far from a expert vapor and they have been so patient with me! Thank you for being my goto Vape shop! I only buy my supplies from here and i live in Cleveland! It's worth the drive!

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me with finding a new mod after a quick diagnosis of my setup from a shop in Savannah. They found out I was given the wrong type of tank and batteries for the mod I had and found the best way for me to keep using the same tank, coils, and batteries.

I come here to get my juice. Smoothol non nicotine menthol. Remember back in the day when a menthol cigarette would coat your whole mouth with minty coolness, then they did something and now menthol cigarettes aren't the same? Smoothol takes me back to those times. Ahhhh. Anyhow I would give this place five stars but I bought a joytech vape that was total garbage and I smashed it against the floor at work because I was that pissed off. Parking is okay. The bathrooms are clean. The staff is cool. The guy who sold me the crappy joytech vape was the chubby dude whose hair is greying.

Have never found a cleaner more organized, knowledgeable, friendly staff/store(s)!!!!

My father in law turned to vaping to ween from cigarettes. After going to two separate vape places in downtown Columbus and getting ripped off and uneducated we found Top Notch Vape. Jess was absolutely amazing. She spent an hour with us picking out the perfect vape for his lifestyle and then proceeded to educate us on how to put together and maintain his new vape. The care and patience she had was unreal. My husband, who has been vaping for years even learned a thing or two! Thank you so much Jess and the Top Notch Vape Team for being awesome!!

Top notch vapor is the best vape juice,the owner Jamie is a nice guy,his staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable with vapes,his prices are very reasonable,I've been to other vape stores but you won't get better juice from anywhere else,if I was you give top notch a try,top notch is up to date on the latest vapes also,if I could rate them a 10 I would.

I LOVE this place. I'm always in and out in less than 5 minutes, unless I am buying a new ecig. The staff is always very friendly and they take the time to explain everything thoroughly.
