Tommy's Pizza

Upon arrival at the restaurant on a Saturday for lunch, we were promptly seated in the dining area. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza accompanied by a couple sides. The jalepeno poppers were noteworthy for their generous size, crunchiness, and flavor. The fries appeared to be average frozen fries cooked through deep-frying. The garlic bread seemed burnt. While the pizza was satisfactory and thin, it seemed deficient in sauce and cheese. Our server, who was the sole attendant, made commendable efforts to accommodate our needs. I would consider returning to sample the pizza again, but likely nothing more.

Take out order of a Mini 8 veggie with anchovy.I like their thin cracker crust with its crunch then a good chew. I have always wanted a slightly sweeter sauce, but that's just me.Pizza was cooked perfectly. Staff is friendly, two pizzas and an order of breaded cauliflower was ready in less than 20 minutes.

Tommy's DublinDining room is now open 7 days a week 11-8:30! Sohappy to be able to eat there again! Everything was wonderful. The new server on top of everything!

Great pizza, fresh and hot out of the oven! Tommy's has reopened their dining room...Yay!! Side salad with their house dressing and yummy meatball were delicious starters.

The Dublin store is so below standards. Terrible. . Got a small pep pizza and sub and it is terrible.. somebody act like the customer matters.. you don't, pizza was Burnt, sub had oil on the top of if the bread. Wow, ruin what you can ruin ...0Why isn't the customer important anymore .... Never coming back because this ruined a dinner for me and mine Days are short if you don't care,,, Grandfather has to be disappointed.. Legacy is ending

Another excellent pizza from Tommy's Pizza in Dublin. I'm a creature of habit, so I ordered a large pepperoni and extra cheese pizza. The cheese on their pizza is incredible right out of the oven and just as good the next day. It's obvious that they use high quality ingredients. Their old world pepperoni, sauce, and crust are absolutely perfect! I am giving the pizza 5-stars because it is delicious; however, there are some things that I find disappointing.1). The Dublin restaurant is my favorite Tommy's, but the location is not the best. Tommy's is tucked away in the back corner of a building wedged between two businesses. The parking lot is horrible and the building sits pretty far back from the road, so people new to the area or visiting may never discover one of best pizzas in Central Ohio.2). Tommy's supplier isn't able to fulfill orders for certain items. Tommy's cannot help it, so I'm cutting them some slack. As result, they are not selling salads at this time and we told that salads and their incredible blue cheese dressing won't be available anytime in the near future. Major bummer because their chef's salad is one of my favorite salads and they have the best blue cheese dressing I've ever tasted. 3). This Tommy's restaurant is currently carry out and delivery only. They cannot find anyone interested in waiting tables, so their dining room is closed.If you've never tried Tommy's Pizza, you are missing out.

After a long hiatus from patronizing Tommy's, as well as a gift certificate, I tried Tommy's again. Just as disappointing as before. They don't offer dine-in any longer, particularly since covid. Delivery option is now available from Doordash. I tried ordering for pick-up via their online system. Online was a bit clunky. I grew frustrated with attempting to place my order because items I saw on their online menu were not listed via their ordering system. I gave up on their online ordering and decided to call direct. After calling direct multiple times and only receiving a busy signal, I gave up on that option too. They aren't too far from me. So, I figured I would drive over and just place my order in person and wait to carry out. They weren't very busy, but had a steady stream of Doordash drivers and customers. I learned the items I wanted to order via their online system were no longer offered. I ended up ordering a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. (Figured couldn't screw that up.) While I waited for my pizza, I continually heard exclamations of f-bombs coming from out of the kitchen. That was disconcerting. After about 15 minutes, my pizza was ready. On my way home, I had a piece of pizza and realized, they screwed up my order. Instead of what I ordered, I ended up with half pepperoni and half sausage. No extra cheese. The pizza was rather well done and dry. It will be a long time before I return to Tommy's, if ever again. They simply cannot get their act together here. Carry out pizza restaurants are a dime a dozen around here. And others do a considerably better job.

Tommy's pizza dining room has reopened. Thanks goodness can have your favorite pizza, sub, spaghetti dish hot out of the kitchen.

First time having Tommy's and this might be my favorite pizza in Columbus now. I got a medium with pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage and extra cheese and it felt like a cinder block when I picked up the pizza! That thing was loaded with toppings! The crust was perfectly crispy and the sauce was tangy and delicious. Guaranteed repeat customer!

Extremely helpful and considerate staff. Had an issue with my order through doordash, i called the store to see what was going on and they did everything they could to help me resolve my issue. Even 30 minutes before close they offered to remake my food due to an issue i was having with doordash. This was my very first experience with this place and i was very pleased with the service as well as the food!
