Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse

This place is so good. I've only had a bad experience once and that is on the hibachi side. The chef doesn't give equal proportions to the people sitting at the grill. I was over charged for a meal even though I had a coupon and the manager argued with me about using it. (First tried to say it was expired and then tried to say it didn't cover my meal, both were false and clearly stated on the coupon) On the other side of the restaurant (is split between hibachi and sushi) tho, WOW! THE SUSHI IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST IN THE WHOLE CITY. The wait staff is so nice and knowledgeable and always keeping the drinks full. The yum yum roll is the best sushi I have ever had and I think I'm now obsessed. Very very good and I'd say this is a great place to bring company. We eat here about once a week!

Look and feel of a traditional Japanese hibachi restaurant. The sushi on the menu looked to be a strong reason for another look at this restaurant but the hibachi fare was less than stellar.Shrimp was overcooked with too much of the final flavoring sauce but the scallops were exceptionally done.Noodles presented much more favorably than the fried rice but both were tasty. The veggies were also very good.The service was attentive and the hibachi chef was competent but not as entertaining as is customary at other popular Japanese steakhouses.I'll be back to try the sushi but would head to Columbus if looking for a Japanese hibachi meal.

Went the day after Christmas after watching a movie at the theater for lunch with family of nine. The experience was very nice and the food was good. Forgot one portion of chicken and had to cook it at the last minute using a bowl to cover the chicken, which resulted in being steamed and tough. Lunch prices are much better than dinner prices. I had hibachi chicken and my husband had the hibachi chicken shrimp combo with no drinks ordered tax and tip came to $35

Fast and outstanding customer service. Lucky seven and vegetable fried rice was delicious. Would recommend you try it out.

This is one of my top favorite restaurants in this area. Sushi is consistently delicious, I love the chill vibe of this place. Literally never disappointed

We got the sushi for two and it was more than enough for two people. If it wasn't so delicious it could have served 3-4 easily with an appetizer. Great price for the amount and quality of food!

I went there today for an early dinner. I was impressed with the interior decor and cleanliness of the grill. We tried hibachi and sushi and sushi won us over. Hibachi was decent, no complaints there. But the SUSHI WAS AMAZING! Plenty of choices and great presentation. Service 10/10Cleanliness 10/10Sushi 10/10Hibachi 6/10Value 10/10Overall 9.2/10

Man if you have the time, check this place out. The value is GREAT and the service is just as good. I got my food on time and prepared with care.I loved the specials and the menu is quite diverse. For such a small town, this place is going to be one of the better sushi experiences. I will for sure be back next time I am in town for business.

worst sushi we have ever had! should have stopped by Kroger sushi bar for a better meal'! we will never return!! If I could give a zero star, I would!! Or a negative!

Went to celebrate a birthday. Some in our party didn't order hibachi. Waitress was very rude. Food wasn't that impressive. Those that did order hibachi were disappointed in the so call show. A child in the party had something floating in his drink. Instead of getting him a new cup it was dumped and refilled. When his mother said something, the waitress was very rude with her. Won't be back.
