Took my son and nephew in for ice cream after a day at the main Columbus Library. The interior is very small. A few tables and some chairs. It was hard to see the flavors through their case, as it had become frosted. It was nice to be able to try a flavor though before ordering. We enjoyed the peanut butter tilly tracks and birthday cake flavors on a chocolate waffle bowl. I liked that they had a waffle bowl option. You can add toppings for extra. The ice cream was good, but nothing I found that was very unique from other shops.

Ideally, I'd give this place a 4.5/5. Toft's Grand Scoop in Grandview offers a delightful ice cream experience. The shop boasts a wide array of flavors, from classic choices to intriguing and unique options. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, happily letting us sample several flavors and toppings before making our final decision. This kind of service is truly appreciated.The shop offers both indoor and outdoor seating (though limited), making it a pleasant spot to enjoy a sweet treat. Their serving sizes are generous, with each order including two scoops of ice cream in your choice of cup, cone, or cake. You can also customize your treat with a variety of toppings and sauces.I opted for the strawberry cheesecake and another flavor, whose name escapes me. Both were exceptionally creamy and rich. The strawberry cheesecake was a standout, with a perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors. The texture was smooth and velvety, and the cheesecake flavor was pronounced without being overpowering. While I can't recall the other flavor, I remember it being equally delicious.Overall, Toft's Grand Scoop is a fantastic ice cream shop with friendly service and a delectable selection of flavors. It's a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth!

A nice addition to the 5xNW area. Upon walking in, you're sure to be greeted by a smiling face offering you ample samples. I tried several...enough to say that some were good and some were great (because can ice cream really be bad...?) My favorite: the brown butter bourbon truffle. A small cup contains two scoops, so I paired my favorite with a butter pecan scoop which was a good choice. I love the service there. During my scoop samples, I gravitated toward their two cheesecake flavors. So then they let me try a small sample of the off menu strawberry cheesecake sundae. Toft'a will be a hard temptation to resist during the warmer summer months.

I love this place! I got two scoops of the Brown Butter Bourbon Truffle and Brownie Bandit and they were so delicious. I didn't even know this place existed since it's relatively small in a busy plaza, but I'm so glad I happened upon it! I know Jeni's and Graeter's are hard to beat, but this might be one of my go-to ice cream places now. I would highly suggest everyone tries it out!

A sweet new addition to Grandview. Staff was very personable and gave great customer service.Space is small but cheerful. I could see it being very tight inside when it gets crowded, as the ordering area is narrow and there are only a few tables. Parking is challenging in the strip mall, as it is shared with lots of other businesses. I got a sundae. It was mostly all ice cream with hardly any sauces, but it was a very generous amount of ice cream. The chocolate peanut butter was rich, creamy and had great pb flavor. It was some of the best ice cream I have had locally.They had about 20 different flavors and they also sell cartons of pre scooped ice cream to take home.

I had never heard of Toft's until this past spring, when my son's baseball team informed us about Toft's running a promo for little leaguers. Apparently they're a popular ice cream place up near Sandusky, and this location in Grandview is their first shop in Central Ohio!So the biggest impression I've gotten from this location is that they have the nicest people working here. They're always really cheerful, helpful, and patient. My kids sometimes take forever to decide what ice cream flavor they want...Their prices seem kind of high at first glance, but it's actually reasonable considering their standard order is a large scoop each of 2 different flavors. They have a large assortment of classic and specialty flavors. I haven't tried it yet, but their made to order ice cream cookie sandwiches sounds amazing too-- we are definitely getting that on our next visit. Writing this review has gotten me craving Toft's actually... I may have to go again this weekend!

Yum yum yum! Best ice cream I've had in so long!!!! The staff was so so kind and plenty of parking! Something for everyone! I got the sundae of the month orange creamsicle and he got a moose tracks scoops with mint chocolate chip scoop! We were so pleased and stuffed! Definitely recommend! :)
