Tim Hortons

Based upon my first visit to this new Tim Hortons I would have to give this location a two star rating. The facility itself was very clean and nice amenities, but the food experience just didn't cut it.I ordered the combo meal of turkey sausage with egg white and cheese on an English muffin and a cup of coffee. With the combo you get your choice of a cookie, doughnut, or a hash brown patty. The turkey breakfast sandwich was not good at all, the English muffin was not even toasted and the egg white was way over cooked and dry and the cheese was still sort of cold. The sandwich itself was not hot, it was not even warm. I will give this place another try on another visit since I have not had any of their other sandwiches and hopefully be able to upgrade their rating at that time.As a sidenote, this Tim Hortons is where the old Jolly's root beer stand used to be.Review #53 03/21/17

The best Timbites and the best costumer service. I only write a good review for her. My experience was within the drive thru. Her smile and attitude with us was super nice. Thank you for making our day:)

Hey! The service was nice, but when I ordered a hot tea and asked for honey they don't have any (?). The location is great and the shop inside is beautiful and cozy. I love the personalized service and how they know their regulars. We got our drinks to go despite wanting to sit next to the electric fireplace. I wasn't a big fan of my tea without honey, so I ordered one of their limited time hot chocolates after letting them know I wasn't a fan of the tea. I would've appreciated some money off or paying the difference between the two drinks, but working in the service industry myself I'm not one to bitch about anything. Let's just get ourselves some honey :)

I almost have no words for this place. I've been to many Tim Hortons and I love them so much. However, this is by far the WORST Tim Hortons I've entered. Burnt food, gross drinks. With a Dunkin Donuts, Bailiwicks and Sabaidee all in one town, Tim Hortons is the farthest down on my list of places to go. I'd rather get coffee from McDonalds.

There is one sandwich I like from here that is good, but every time I go there seems to be a new item missing off of it. Sometimes there is no bacon, sometimes no lettuce, usually they forget to leave the tomato off as requested. Not to mention there is nothing quick about the drive thru. I have tried to give the coffee a chance multiple times, but have been let down every time. Not off to a good start.

Arrive 6:35 pm for a bite to eat. Was told by worker they were closing at 7 and would not be able to serve me. That is the kiss of death to me - never will I open the door to that store again. Most places welcome your business until they lock the doors. If theyWant to close at 6:30 than lock the doors - really stupid - I am sure the owner of the Tim Hortons doesn't realize they are loseing business forever this way.

I gave you idiots TWICE to get an order right and still couldn't manage it. Absolutely unbelievable and still have no idea what's going on. Will never return. Wow.

I get such wonderful service every single time I go to Tim Hortons. There drive thru is crazy fast! I was once behind 10 cars and my order was completed in less than 5 minutes!! The workers are amazing and the service is seriously awesome. The food and drink quality is really consistent as well. I would highly recommend!!

This is the worst tim hortons I've ever been to!!! I've recently moved from Michigan to tiffin Ohio and I've tried going here twice the first time I had terrible service the second time I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and an ice Capp. It took them five seconds to bring me my order and when I finally went to eat my bagel it had no cream cheese on it. I would like to mention both times I've come here they had no people waiting so it wasn't busy the employees are just too lazy to do the job they are suppose to do. I've heard this is a new business in tiffin and if I owned this tim hortons I'd consider hiring new employees

Terrible coffee and even worse customer service. Many of my friends told me to stay away from this place because their coffee was bad and the customer service is just as bad. They weren't wrong. I don't care if a product is bad but customer service should be #1 priority. No "have a good day" or any smiles. Tim Hortons needs to go on a firing spree and pick employees who really want to serve people with a smile. I work a similar job and know people can be rude but that smile will keep people coming back.
