Although service was very friendly from the woman at the window, the drive thru speaker needs to be fixed as they were unable to hear much of what I said. They asked me to repeat about 20 times which was frustrating. The honey glazed Tim Bits were barely covered in a glaze and did not taste very fresh at all. I ordered a chai tea and they unfortunately gave me a small coffee instead.

After several missed chances at getting Timbits, we had to get some for Baby K. This was the closest Tim's, only one car ahead at the drive-through. Inside was closed, at least today at 6pm on a weekday. Fast, friendly service. Decent price, plus they gave us coupons, and seemed super cheery. Got what we needed, for cheap, and were on our way. Yay. And phew.

If you speak to any Canadian they'd lead you to believe the sun refuses to rise in Saskatchewan before the Tim Hortons was open. They have a great buy-in and following, but my experience wasn't that impressive.I had a simple order: 1 plain cake donut, a small coffee and a shot of espresso on the side. That is a pretty basic anywhere you could get coffee and donuts. But I should have remembered from Sesame Street that one of these things is not like the other. The espresso.Cold espresso? Without telling me it's cold? You're kidding...right? Why pour it out of a canister when you have a gigantic machine (that's designed to make espresso) right behind you? "That's how we do it here sir." OK, would have been nice to know ahead of time though as that's not how everyone else serves espresso unless advertised or told ahead of time.Cleanliness: MinusThe inside of the store was clean, the seats outside needed a serious wipe down though. The restroom needed a good sweep and a new toilet seat because I felt like I was on a ride at the fair on the one they have.Friendliness/staff Interaction: MinusNot a single person said Hello, Hi or even smiled at the people in line in front of me or even to me after I said "Good Morning."Price: FairMy only other experience with Tim Hortons was actually in the Sinai desert, with the Canadian contingent of the Multinational Forces and Observers unit there. The Canadians took pride in comparing Tim Hortons to Starbucks, Kristi Kreme, Dunkin Donuts and anything else that was associated with donuts & coffee, or morning for that matter. They love it. Maybe I need to find a different franchise to try.

I had ran into the Menards for work purposes at Northland Village and happened to notice this restaurant in the parking lot. Now I'm from Lexington which has zero Tim Horton's so I love stopping at them to get Tim Bits when I can. This restaurant was clean, well ran, made great tea, and had great food. Overall no complaints!

This Tim Hortons off of Morse Rd, by Menards, is by far the Tim Hortons Bake Shop and Cafe with the friendliest staff, cleanest store, and fastest service I've been to in Columbus for awhile. The store is convenient to shopping and grocery locations, which makes it a strong coffee house selection. Katrice, the manager of the Northland store is always polite, personable, and provides wonderful service. She trains her staff to be just as responsible and polite. When making the new prize confection, the frozen hot chocolate, the chocolate protrudes above the rim of the cup. When we pointed out that the Morse Rd store was the only one we found that does that, Katrice told us that she was surprised and that all the stores are supposed to do that. There are three new frozen desserts for the summer; a frozen strawberry, vanilla and of course, the standard for frozen drinks, the frozen hot chocolate. Thanks to her, I discovered Tim Hortons even has a senior discount. (Sigh) But, it was nice that she volunteered that information after pulling up for my usual French vanilla Cappuccino at the drive-thru. Hey! Who knew?I've even used Tim Hortons app and my order was ready when I arrived. Very cool way to order if in a hurry.

bacon potato soup!!! soooooo good!! omg!! you must try that soup!! I had it yesterday and it blew my mind!! the only reason I even tried a soup was because I haven't been feeling well and soup is what I usually go to when im not feeling my best and im so glad that I did! I also enjoy their donuts occasionally (don't tell anyone because im type 2 diabetic but I like to treat myself from time to time) and their iced cap drinks. but once again please try the potato bacon soup!! you will not regret it!

The two guys in the front of the house are not only slow, but they are incredibly incompetent. I won't let this experience keep me from another TH, as this was my FIRST time at one, but watching these two at the front is embarrassing. Ten minutes for a drive through order? Mocking drive through customers after their orders are stated, then bragging about DELIBERATELY MESSING THEM UP should be an offense they can be terminated for! Who's to say they wouldn't do WORSE?

Oh my God! A real live great Tim Hortons. New mgmt over the last 6 months. Speedy, friendly employees. Orders are correct. Worth the xtra drive if you like Tim Hortons. The manager is super friendly and has instilled that in the workers. No more dreading the other horrendous Tim Hortons on the north end of Columbus. I sure hope this manager stays because no one can fill his shoes. Good for you Northland location.

The lady at the drive-through was rude. Me and my dad were ordering coffee after finishing up an exam. My dad was able to get through his order, but when I was telling her mine, she cut me off. She said something along the lines of "You had enough time to think of your order." She didn't even give me a split second to tell her what I wanted and she just cut off, which was disrespectful. I have never had a problem ordering stuff here too, it was just her. Stop lowering your standards and please stop hiring people that have an IQ less than a peanut, please.
