Tiffany Lakes

I didn't want to give one star... too make a long story short. Tiffany Lakes/TR Property Mgt. has had my $200 that they took out of my account since 8/23/21 as a "holding fee" for an apartment. I decided 8/24/21 that I was not going to move in due to the high security deposit and was told the $200 would be refunded. It is now 9/15/21, I have made 3 phone calls ( was treated very rudely) and sent an email (has not been answered) as follows up but I am still yet to receive my $200. I am definitely glad I did not choose this as my new place live. I guess my next step is to contact BBB or HUD. If looking for good place to live I recommend Albany Glen! Stay away from TR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LOCATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lived here in 1999-2000 and didn't have a problem. Neighbors were quiet, and it was then mostly younger adults and families. But, I recently inquired again was disappointed at how much the complex has deteriorated! I will continue my search....

Worst community and maintenance ever,I am a current resident, On "9/19/2022" I created a maintenance request because our cooling system is not working at all, I can see a maintenance ticket was closed without fixing the issue and our air conditioning is not working yet, I called many times in leasing office and every-time they just give false promise to send maintenance guy to fix the issue but no one came till now, this is serious as in afternoon temperature inside apartment goes more than 80-85 and remains Hot till night and they don't care at all.

I live here currently and I love it. Management (semi-new management btw) is so kind and maintenance is really good , they always fix stuff quickly when you request assistance and it's just a overall nice community. I never hear noises from surrounding units and amazingly enough they don't seem to hear my toddler either. I love it here I don't know what the other reviews are about. Must be old.

This is my first review and I have to say that this company is absolutely horrendous. I wish that I could give this place no stars at all, the structure in the office was terrible, there was trash EVERYWHERE, but they had no problem trying to charge you extra when their app didn't refresh and showed that we didn't pay our rent. Ive been moved out for almost 3 months and my deposit has supposedly been "in process" but I have not seen anything. Would not recommend this to anyone. Horrible place to live. Do not ignore the other reviews that are bad, I did and look where I am. like L.S said. WHERE IS MY DEPOSIT

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The manager Steve is rude and very unprofessional. We tried to start a block watch there and were met with roadblocks on all sides. Some of the shrubs are so overgrown in front of apartment doors that a person could easily hide there. he assured us that in the spring those would be cut down. They were not. Also there's no lighting on the front sign they refused to fix it and some of the light poles in the complex don't work and it's very dark all around the complex. We asked them to fix that they said it wasn't their problem. It's really a shame because that could be a wonderful property. They raised the rent almost $100 in two years. Also when you move out they charge a cleaning fee even if you clean. I pulled out my refrigerator and they were dog biscuits underneath it. I don't have a dog so obviously wasn't clean before I moved in.
