Tiberio's Pizza

We have had lunch here two weeks in a row including watching a lot of the OSU-Indiana game. Very nice setting and quality food. I had wings and my wife had the salad/personal pizza special. We had a great time and plan to watch the OSU-Michigan game today. Friendly staff who were always checking to make sure we had everything we needed the entire time we were there. Glad to see a local business doing good things.

We usually have great service here and good pizza but the other night with no one in the restaurant it took over an hour with a light explanation the pizza dough machine broke . The owner / manager was at the bar as well and didn't even offer an apology . Patrons came in way after us and they received their pizza within ten minutes . We won't be back .

My husband ordered 2 pizzas. We thought we ordered pepperoni, but we got cheese. He called to confirm what we ordered and the lady hung up on my husband. He wasn't even rude to her and even apologized for the mix up. She put the phone down and then just hung up. He called back and asked what happened and she hung up on him again. I could see if we were being rude but we weren't. Maybe your workers should work on their customer service skills. We won't be back again if we are gonna be treated like that! The prices are already ridiculous. $22 for a basic pepperoni pizza? No thanks.
