Thunderwing Brewing

Nice place to stop and grab a beer. They also have several cocktails available to order. They do not serve food but do allow dogs which is always a plus in our book. Usually have a food truck or some other event occurring each night so check their social media.

Visited with a group of people for an event. The brewery is located in an industrial park. Parking is limited in the area though I was able to find a spot after driving around. The brewery has seating inside and outside. There are a few board games for patrons. They also had a food truck, which is a regular occurrence.I ordered the Blackbird as my initial beer. This is a blackberry wheat ale. It was a bit sour, but it tasted pretty good. After finishing my beer I ordered a flight of 5 different beers. This allowed me to sample most of their beers. Bolt was my favorite in the flight. This is an American Golden Ale. I wasn't a big fan of Lifesight (Pale Ale) and Arise (IPA). Both were very hoppy, which is typical for these types of beers.Service at the brewery was good. The bartender provided fast and friendly service.

A great variety of excellent beer! It seems there is always something new to try and often a type of beer I haven't had before. Service is excellent too!

It was the first time I went there, no huge expectations but was hoping for a good experience. I was not disappointed, first solid offerings of beers not specifically concentrating on one segment of the market, something for everyone. Beer was very solid and tasty, loved the Pilsner, Vienna Lager others were equally good. Good place to relax with space inside and outside, a little tire noise from I-70, but this gets better once you get into the beer.Sara, behind the counter was fantastic, very friendly and willing to explain any questions, this made the experience a lot better.Being in the tough beer market, this is a great place, hopefully will develop solid base of followers which I will be one!

I hosted an event at Thunderwing Brewing with Midwest K9 Rescue. The team there was fantastic to work with and the atmosphere was perfect. I highly recommend the location for an event or just a casual beer.
