Thiago's Italian Kitchen and Bar

I really wanted to love this place, but sadly a complete waste of money. This first time I ordered, I got the meatball appetizer. It was so bad, the meatball was edible but consistency was spongy. The sauce tasted like the sauce from a spaghetti O's can. No, I am not exaggerating. And they forgot to put sauce on the ravioli we ordered.Tonight I gave them another chance and ordered the Chicken Parm sub. It was so burnt and dry that it went straight in the trash.

My boyfriend and I tried this place for something different. We like small family owned restaurants, typically the service and food is always better because the family relies on return business as their livelihood. Service started at the hostess stand, poor girl was taking orders and seating people, she was busy, but huge smile on her face. Our waitress was sweet as sugar, food was served in a timely manner. I had fettuccine and my boyfriend had spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were amazing, the Alfredo sauce was rich with lots of flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It's really nice to have a little hidden gem near our small town to enjoy!

Food was amazing and the service was excellent, highly recommend!! I was very impressed with the quality and the service, our waitress was exceptional!

I ordered a Thiago's Pepperoni Pizza and it looked like this. Next time I will just go with a two dollar frozen pizza I will probably not be back.

I went here when they started the breakfast in the morning. Just gross. Sausage was Italian sausage flavored for breakfast. A big no for me. Bacon was skimpy, eggs were overcooked, and nothing was cooked right.

Poor service. Lobster was awful over cooked and very strong fishy flavor. Food came out before appetizers. Very inconsistent in taste and portion sizes. Will not be going back!

The food was so bad. While saying our goodbyes in the parking lot our waitress comes out gets in her truck and puked for 5 minutes straight. Feel like I should get my stomach pumped!!

We visited the Heath Ohio location on 1/4/24. We had ordered a calzone which was not correct. The waitress admitted that she had switched our order with someone else's. We asked that it be remade and boxed to go. When we got home, it was flat as a pancake with little filling. I returned to the restaurant, was told it was correct. I asked for a refund as they had already thrown it in the trash, was told they couldn't refund it without the owner there. So I left without a calzone or refund. Needless to say, we will not be returning and will advise others not to try it based on our experience.
