These are wonderful apartments with great staff. They are extremely quiet! I never hear any of my neighbors. I also love the fact that there are no weight restrictions on pets :). Plenty of space and responsive staff. They do some really fun community get togethers as well!

Only giving two stars because the community is safe and quiet, and affordable based on my experience. I'll give them that.Read the reviews about excessive charges after the lease ends, they are legit! I received a bill for over $600 with outrageous expenses included. I was charged for rent due to unclear and vague communication about key drop off, something completely out of my control. There was nothing in writing about "lockbox" drop off of your keys and I believe that is intentional. They gave me more bogus charges that I was able to argue with photographic evidence. I spoke with Rosemond and Kacie about this matter and Rosemond mentioned the drop off once more after that rent charge was removed, which I find rude and unnecessary. I still feel there are charges that need to be removed as I received an additional invoice that I find questionable.I rarely write negative reviews because I work with businesses and know how impactful reviews are but this is necessary. Make sure you take pictures and keep record during your time here because you will get charged after move out. Regardless if charges are legitimate or not.During my time here there was a maintenance request that was never finished, another time my shower water was left running after a shower repair, also muddy boot stains left in my shower once the service request was done. I got a toilet replaced without a lid that properly fit the toilet and the toilet was dirty. Appliances in units that are not renovated are old and break down easily if they're not already broken when you move in.Because my unit was so affordable and I felt safe living here, I let some things go.Regardless of what their response to my review is, my review is legitimate and truthful and I left nothing out. I was a good tenant and never had issues with management/office staff before. It's a shame that they do this to tenants after moving out. Make sure you know your rights as a tenant.

Stay away - you've been warned. They'll be nice until you sign then you're just rent to them. You'll notice the office people change constantly because they don't even want to work there. They charged me incorrectly and I've been waiting over a week for the Regional Director to call me back with not even as much as an update to tell me it's gonna take who knows how long. The views from every apartment is essentially trash containers. Whether you're looking at their trash or Target's, you'll be looking at trash.

I went to this community in the middle of June to rent an apartment. DO NOT GO HERE TO RENT!!! They are not honest!!!! When I went I informed the Jacob Reinhart that I had to move by July 11 and I had to know quickly due to time restrain. They never go back with me and I have disputed the credit card company due to the fact the Jacob stated that they were having management changes at the time. Many emails and calls until I had to find something else due to time restrain. It is not my fault that the company was having management issues and could not get back with me in a timely manner. The company sent fraudulent letters stating that they sent me an approval letter. But I received an email from Jacob on 07/06/2020 stating that it was not approved but they sent the credit card company a fraudulent letter dated for 06/17/20. So this would make no sense in me continuously asking after 06/17/20 if I am approved. Now I have made a complaint with Attorney Generals office. AGAIN DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

I lived here for five years & recently left. I used to like living at that complex, it was great when I first moved in 2018. In more recent times, management has since changed & it's gone significantly downhill. Contractors were outsourced for every little thing & didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. I felt less safe living here & the rent is above market rate. I left and got a bigger place when I discovered I was being overcharged. My new complex also TOLD ME when I applied there that I was being overcharged.Also the electric is expensive. My new place is bigger, has an additional bedroom and bathroom, and my electric is THE SAME THAT I WAS PAYING FOR A ONE BEDROOM.I'm convinced they charge you just to charge you when you move out. I owe them under $20, which is sort of like, what's the point in me sending a check for that? I will, but it just seems like a further thing to inconvenience me.Do not live here & please go somewhere else.

BEWARE: hidden fees everywhere. moved out, cleaned everything perfectly. i mean scrubbed. the place looked brand new. no deposit back and we owe a bunch of money because they want to replace counters.

I don't know what happened to my original post, but do not move here. There are ants and roaches. Management is always changing and no one seems to care. Also, no one confirms receipt of payment. Maintenance is a big joke. I'm pretty sure everyone is on drugs. You can hear your neighbor use the restroom and use their laundry room. Parking is a mad house. Everyone's company has a parking spot except for you who pays to live there. The pool is never clean and just about anyone can invite themself to swim. The gym in constantly closed, so are actually able to use the amenities that you're paying the extra twenty bucks a month for. Live somewhere else.

I have lived here for six years and just signed a new lease. The increase in rent was way over market value. Why did I stay?? I was dealing with a death in the family and my elderly mother who was getting over COVID. I didn't have the time or the energy to look else where. My complaint is Management. They have changed often, but the current staff has to be the worse. I always have to wait a week or longer for maintenance even on minor issues. My refrigerator, kitchen sink are leaking. The flapper in the Main restroom gets stuck in the up position and the toilet keeps flushing until you take the tank top off and push it down manually. The kitchen sink has a leak under the garbage disposal. i have to use a bucket in the sink and put a pan under the sink. Water drips down in the back of my refrigerator drains down like a waterfall. This has been "fixed" twice already. I'm exhausted and frustrated emptying buckets and pans. The very worst part is you're blown off by the staff, I called on Sunday when I noticed the first leak and was told this wasn't an emergency, they would be out on Monday. I put a work order in Sunday at 7:08am online. It wasn't fixed on Monday or Tuesday, so I called the office and was told they has 48 hours to respond. It is now Friday evening, nothing is fixed, no updates, no responses, radio silence. This is not somewhere you would like to live. I loved it when I first moved, now...not so much.

I have been living in this community for 3 going onto my last year. There are a handful of things that I wish I knew about the management before moving in. 1. They have more than one "inspection" per year. I believe the second year I lived in the community they found 4 reasons to come in. It begins to feel like you don't have privacy. 2. They expect you to clean up after your dogs, which isn't the issue because please clean up after your pet! It's the issue of not supplying enough waste cans around the community to dispose of them. And when I attempt to fix the issue myself (a little trash can near my door that gets emptied everytime I take out the trash, which has been there for more than 2 year) I get fined a $25 fee.. and pictures of my front door. And this fee came after they disposed of my trash can and over two small bags. I LOVE PICTURES BEING TAKEN OF MY FRONT DOOR. WHAT A GREAT WAY TO MAKE YOUR RESIDENCES FEEL WELCOMED. 3. After resigning your lease for the same unit, everything will begin to fall apart. And when you set up a time and date with maintence to come repair it.. they won't come on the time and date you selected. So why even make it an option?

I got my application approved and the communication with them was absolutely awful. Sent emails and got no response. Would have to call about 10x to get someone to pick up. Super unprofessional. I went to tour the premises and it didn't seem safe, either. I had read many reviews on cars getting broken into and no responses. The lack off communication is really bad. I don't advise anyone who looks for quality to go here. This should be the last apartment anyone settles on.
