Our HVAC went completely out! Didn't take long for Jeff and Soho to come through and saved the day! They are the best maintenance guys you could ask for! Top Professionals!

Tear down the property. There's too much sewer damage from inadequate drainage, and people doing half-ass work on the existing stack system that's in place there's times when you aren't able to run water in the kitchen or washing machine for weeks at a time. Unacceptable in my opinion of a property in city limits that's not 250 years old.

Do not live here. This place is a shithole. Not only have the repair guys refused to fix our issues, but they do not seam to speak any English. They barge right in without any notice and leave the door wide open, so don't have pets here! I got told that my issues weren't "emergencies" even though I've gotten hurt more than three times over things they didn't fix! They break the landlord contract all the time and are too lazy to actually answer the phone. Waste of money, waste of time, waste of space.

I haven't had too many issues sense I've moved in. But recently I've had an issue. A couple days ago, I get a knock on my door after 10:30pm, I didn't answer the door because for one i am a single mother and for two I have 4 minor children. I looked out the peep hole to see a male at the door, I didn't know who this guy was inplus it was late at night. He eventually walked away, 5 minutes later I get a phone call and find out that it was "emergency maintenance". He says my neighbor below had a small leak and he wanted to see if it was coming from my unit...I told him no because it was super late and my kids was in bed if not getting ready for bed, why would I allow a total stranger, a man at that, into my home around my children just to walk around my apartment and look for a small leak? Why not wait until the next day especially if it wasn't an emergency. This guy kept trying to convince me to let him in to search for it but I refused. I could have called the police or worse, I could have hurt him than asked questions later. You do not knock on someone's door late at night for something that really wasn't an emergency. If the police or paramedics is not knocking on my door for a life and death situation, do not knock on my door that late. I feel offended, unsafe, and disrespected. Now I have to put a door stopper on my door just in case. I don't care if these people work for them or not, their should be some kind of protocol when it comes down to something like this. Now my kids feel unsafe being here as so do I. I've never experience something like this before and no one should either.

Continued from last post10/23/23 - Maintenace finally came and checked the status of the sewage in my basement 3 days after i reported it.They came to verify that there was sewage there and unplugged my washing machine and left a post it note telling me not to use it. They never returned until I called back in a week later. I had been staying at my mother's house while this was going on as I didn't want to smell raw sewage all night at home.Another week went by an after getting convinced by the property manager that someone would be coming to fix the issue, I watch on my home camera as they tracked a rooter one my carpet and set it on my living room rug. Then went downstairs and began walking up and down my stairs with a shop vac. To my horror I noticed that they did not come in with a shop vac and realized they were cleaning up the sewage with my own shop vac and dumping it outside and scooping up more of the sewage and raw poop. Afterwards they were nice enough to put it back down in my basement.Oh I forgot to mention that they left all types of poop infested stuff that they picked up from the basement on top of my dryer. And then used my broom and dust pan to scrape up the rest of the mess. Then placed it back onto my living room s next to the stairs of the basement. Also Black mold from the broken window is still on the wall next to my dryer. Never went back downstairs after that. 2/18/2024 11:10am - The straw that broke the camel's backGetting ready for work on a Sunday and I am hearing water flowing. Thinking that I must have left the faucet on in the downstairs bathroom I go to check it. Nothing. Then I hear it coming from the basement. I start to travel downstairs and I see this stream of water flowing outside my basement door.the water if flowing so fast that I cannot see where it is coming from. The water was spraying up on the ceiling of the basement and there are a lot of old wires there, so I was afraid of it starting an electrical fire. I contact emergency maintenance and leave a message. Not response for an hour and a half. Meanwhile I am looking at my basement floor turn into a river. So I call the Fire Department and they came within ten minutes and turned the water off. The pipe that broke was the hot water pipe for the washer and it broke below the valve to turn it off. Then about 20 minutes later the maintenance on call person calls to tell me that he missed my call because he was asleep. This was almost 1:30 in the afternoon!!! He comes about an hour later and proceeds to put a SharkBite over the broken pipe and was nice enough to leave the broken valve on the floor. They came back 2 weeks later to check it only to leave it the way it weas and still not pick up the valve. It is still on the floor.Oh I forgot to mention the 3 weeks it took for them to remove the black mold that was hanging out in my bathroom shower corner. The marvelous Maintenace guy came with a filthy rag and a spray bottle of CLR and just wiped it off the corner or the bathroom ceiling inside my shower. Now there is a big black spot that is part mold and part exposed ceiling inside the shower. I had to be admitted to the hospital for medical issues as they found some items in my lungs so I had to =get some family members to pack most of the things that were not affected by this mismanagement of property and move out. I informed the management that I tried to stick with them and I was as hoping they would do the things they promised but they seemed like they really didn't care to move me to another unit. SO I am going to cut my loses and move somewhere else. Being homeless sounds way more appetizing than living in a black mold, poop infested, high crime apartment that I am paying 1200 a month to store my stuff in because it is too unsafe for me to stay there. This place should be next on the list of Whitehall apartments to condemn.Oh and for the new people that are looking to move there. They try to entice you with the amenities like a pool you cannot use and a clubhouse that you cannot use. And this was pre COVID. BEWARE!! do ot exchange any currency with these slum lords.

This place is absolutely horrible. Bad staff, bad management and just unprofessional and disrespectful. Josh is horrible and so is the staff. I have a hole in my ceiling from water issues and yes still there, my carpet is still lifted from them trying to fix the water issue. It has been fixed but when the water bill was high due to leaking this Ucron girl said...you just don't want to pay your water bill... knowing my place is as leaking water from my ceiling... what kind of customer service is that. Especially when I pay my rent. Maintenance may be the only nice people well 2 of the 3. But still nothing gets fixed fully. And they act like they have a problem with you. Won't respond to messages or phone calls and no one should have to deal with this. I would really love for them to let me out my lease but un

This is quite possibly the worst place I've ever resided. After all of the past positive reviews of friends who lived here more than 10yrs ago. The current management makes absolutely no sense. The maintenance team makes no sense. And the confusing fashion in which notifications are issued makes no sense. Tonight (10/17/22) myself and 3 other neighbors randomly had our cars towed by a "patrol" of tow trucks the complex hired to remove downed/dead/illegally parked cars. These cars were parked as any normal person would park them as they are working on the carports. They issued a "move" notice on (9/30/22) that told us to move from the carports or our "vehicles will be towed to another location on the property". Without any warning tonight (10/17/22) they picked up all of our cars and took them to the impound lot without a single notice from the management team and currently have 3 of my cars impounded for properly parking while construction continues. Let alone the other stupid issues unrelated to my cars being illegally towed. Like constant clogged drains. Sketchy repairs to electrical systems. Refusing to verify water charges. Maintenance techs randomly arriving for work unassigned to your home or arriving without notice. I moved up here from Texas and literally have no idea how this place functions. As nice as these places could be... there is no effort and the apartment manager hides from you and they still have their front doors closed and locked due to "COVID". So you cannot talk face to face. I have so much more, lots of photos and videos of my time here. But for now, this message is posted to let y'all know. Please go elsewhere. As nice as this place my appear in Spring/Summer. It's like a slum, for literally no reason. Channel 6 On Your Side will be contacted and a formal complaint will be filed and an escrow will be opened if I do not get my cars back promptly. -Andreas (been here since August 2021 and will be outta here).

I went through the application process & was able to look at the apartment that I would be living in. The office isn't even open & you will have to do all your business outside. There was garbage around the patio area, the fences around it were broken & off the hinges & there was a board covering broken glass (on an apartment they said was ready gor move in). The price is more expensive than the worth & they have extra fees for no reason. I got the gas bill taken out of my name & they used $100 worth of gas before Columbis Gas could take it out of my name & they did nothing about it. IF YOU WANT AN APARTMENT GO IN THE AREA GO TO BEL AIR COURT APT INSTEAD. Better price, better quality community & at least if you have an issue you can GO INSIDE the leasing office to get it fixed.
