The Ribbon Box Cakery & Gifts

Absolutely love their bakery! We always had Ribbon Box do our cakes. It's funny, my grandparents told my dad, "Tell Kayla we will pay for her wedding cake if she goes to Ribbon Box. Ribbon Box only! They are delicious!" Whole staff is friendly and they do an amazing job! Probably the only bakery I'll ever go to. Definitely recommend them and their buttercream frosting!

The product is delicious but I've never had particularly good customer service in person and I've reached out via phone to no avail, and have emailed about custom orders that I've happily spend good money on for Mother's day, Christmas and now for a birthday and I've never once received a reply. I'm so confused by the lack of customer service.

Looking for Mother's Day gifts this seemed like a likely place (Goodies Galore is currently closed.) They have a few things: coffee cups, cards, etc., but nothing I wanted enough to get them. But, it's mainly a bakery, and it smelled great, so I got a couple of cupcakes for Sweetie and Baby K. A dozen or so types of cupcakes, and half a dozen varieties of cookies. Big ones, of each, and very good. The place was actually busy (behind the counter,) with some special occasion cakes being decorated, etc. Good social distancing setup, with masks, plexiglas barriers at the counters, and separate entrance and exit (kind of a pain for me since I walk slow and had parked out front, but had to go out the back.)I'll be back for more sweet treats.

THE BEAT BUTTERCREAM ON THE PLANET!! Hands down!! Love this bakery. Our family has used it for years. Our kids request it on each of their birthdays. From custom cakes to cookies you will not be disappointed!!! Ever pick up the perfect cake or cupcakes and it smells so good you want to sneak one before the party. No worries!! They sell their cake scraps in containers with buttercream in them! That way you won't feel guilty about sneaking one of the cupcakes out of the box They do themed flavors like peppermint during Christmas. They even do county fair inspires flavors in July during their county fair!! Be sure to try the Elephant Ear cupcake !!

I had my friends gender reveal cake made here - it was an absolutely amazing cake!!! They let us do a layer of chocolate and a layer of vanilla which was super cool. They were very professional and the cake could not have looked more amazing. Very satisfied customer. Very sorry that I no longer live in Ohio and only visit occasionally. This would have for sure been a weekly stop for a delicious treat.

We love this cute bakery! They're cupcakes are delicious and the frosting is just sweet enough, it's not overpowering. I recently got a pack of 4 cupcakes and all were great, but the spice cupcake was the favorite for everyone. I haven't ordered a cake here yet, but plan to because they always look so good in the case. Check them out when you visit Marysville!

The first time we tried this place we bought a singlecupcake and cookie - thought it was kinda expensive, but was excited to try out a new place. The cupcake was super dry and we said we'd never go back. Well, almost a year later a friend came over with a box of jumbo cupcakes and they tasted a 1,000x better. Moist and packed with flavor - we definitely plan to try them out again on our own now.

My Marysville go to for cakes for all occasions! Red velvet is beyond delish! Highly recommend.

I absorb recommend this place for any cakes or cupcakes. Staff is very proff and will let u taste something's if ur gonna place an order for a specialty cake ect.
