Rude and condescending corp

Brought our concerns to the attention of the corporate staff just to be told that we did not deserve an Apology And they would not be responding to our emails any further. Where's treatment I've ever received at any apartment I've ever lived in. Avoid this property at all cost.

The place is clean, peaceful and nice. The surroundings are great, grocery stores, restaurant, Polaris mall all real close. The staff is lovely. Always there to help and answer questions. But if you are looking for a quiet apartment, this is not the place. Unless you are lucky and have no neighbors, which was my case for the first months. But once I had next door neighbors it was nothing but quiet. I was able to hear my neighbors baby crying all of the time! I could hear their alarm go off, their fights, it felt like I lived with them because the walls were so thin. When the upstairs neighbors flushed the toilet I could hear it as if it was happening in my unit. It felt like living in the dorms in college where you could hear everything! The electric bills never made any sense. I was charged crazy amounts for electric when I was out of town 90% of the time! $130 and more when I was rarely home. I travel a lot for work, so how can it be possible to have such high electric bills when nobody is home and all the lights are off? Before living here I lived with 5 roommates in a 6 bedroom house. And $130 is what we paid for electric in a 6 bedroom house with 6 people actually being at home. So watch your electric bills. Before moving in one resident warned me about it but I thought she was just making things up....I found out myself she was right.Parking after 8pm, good luck finding a spot. Not enough parking spots for the residents. I know residents that had to park outside of the property and got towed because of lack of parking.

We absolutely LOVE living here! The staff is excellent! They are kind, friendly and very easy to talk to! They always have some kind of a fun event with yummy food and prizes! Ashley (the manager) is wonderful, very down to earth! The location is great and very convenient! Love having assess to the gym, tanning bed, movie Thearte, pool table and grabbing a cookie or two when I'm there!Definitely a GREAT place to live!

This review is more about the management staff than it is about living there. As two 19 year old college kids (both with fantastic incomes for being two 19 year old college kids) my boyfriend and I applied for our first apartment here after falling in love with the two bed two bathroom they have. On the first day I went in, I took my boyfriends mom as he was at work. The leasing consultant (her name might have been Heather) treated us great, and took us seriously. After giving my information and getting information on the two different floor plans, I told her I'd be bringing my boyfriend in tomorrow as this quickly became our top choice. Well. When I took my boyfriend in (literally the next day, less than 24 hours later) she treated us completely different. We walked into the clubhouse and were greeted with "How can I help you?" in the unfriendliest tone, like we were interrupting whatever she was doing. There was NO ONE else in the office. I kindly reminded her that I was there yesterday and that I was just bringing my boyfriend to look as I said I was going to. She asked how she could help us again. I said I wanted to show him the same model we looked at yesterday... We went to the apartment and she just stood by the front door the whole time and I gave him the tour after waiting for her to do so. He asked questions, I looked at her to answer, she didn't, I answered. I could go on, but the main point is, we already figured we'd be judged for being two 19 year olds with no rental history & minimal credit, but the difference in how I was treated while with his mom vs with him alone, just because we're kids, is unacceptable. If anyone ever asks me about Liberty Crossing, I will share this story. It doesn't matter how average-modern looking the apartments are, because you don't treat someone who's willing to rent from you like s***. It made us feel bad, and while we are still apartment hunting and sharing this experience with the other leasing agents at other properties, everyone agreed this was unprofessional and completely ridiculous. So rent from Liberty Crossing if you want the convenient location and semi nice apartment, but if you're young and looking for a nice person to help you, don't expect it. We'll take our business elsewhere and steer people away from this place.

I wish I could echo the other positive reviews and I really try not to post poor reviews unless other means of resolution have not worked, which is why I am using social media right now. My husband and I have lived her since summer of 2015 and it has been a series of let downs. The office has recently reduced it's hours to Mon-Sat only and the staff does not return emails or phone calls when they say they will so it is incredibly challenging to contact them when you are working a typical 9-5 job. Since we have moved it has been challenge after challenge with events such as being told we were late on rent when the check had already cleared and they had made a clerical error, being told that the grounds were not clean (dog poop and garbage everywhere) because they couldn't find good housekeeping, being forced to pay $20 a month for "VIP" trash service (you put your trash outside the door on Mon, Wed or Fri and someone comes to carry it to the dumpster across the driveway for you), having our apartment smell of smoke and mold the first month we were there and most recently being told that the black substance growing on all of our windows and windowsills was not mold but instead dirt and water. What is more infuriating is that they did not even test it to be certain it is not mold but said that "similar conditions have been tested at independent labs and found to be dirt and water". They then sprayed an antifungal agent, just in case. UNACCEPTABLE. I am a clean person. I have rented from the age of 20 until now, 31and have never had a "dirt and water" problem before. In the city of columbus, there are a lot of rental options. Yes, this is a convenient location for some, yes the facilities are nice enough, yes they have social events every month or so but be sure to consider how you wanted to be treated as a paying client before renting.
