I came here thinking there was no way due to past issues beyond my control I would get in, but then I met Jamie. We automatically got along, and she took the time to help me get out of where I was into my apartment. The first apartment I saw I loved, but upon checking further into it, I immediately told Jamie about some issues and could she move me somewhere else in the complex. The issues, of course, are fixable it just wasn't move in ready yet. Jamie knows customer service, knows how to listen, and really helps if you need something. You can tell her job means something to her, and that is so rare to find these days. She is truly an asset to this company, and her smile will make you smile even if you're in a bad mood. Jamie, you deserve to keep growing there and learning. You made me feel comfortable from day 1. I also think of you as a friend, so it was meant to be. Thank you for all your hard work, and thank you for bringing the one thing back into an office most don't really care about anymore. My last apartment experience was a nightmare. You took that to heart and made it a mission to make this experience different. I am glad you are here. I would recommend people to you in a heartbeat!

We've lived here for a few years. We live in one of the town homes. Two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, fireplace and attached garage. There is a nice patio that easily fits a large grill and table with some space to plant flowers. While this community is a little older than some, it is maintained beautifully. A very friendly community with many folks having dogs, lots of green space for walking the four legged friends, and you'll see kids outside playing and riding bikes. The office and maintenance staff are excellent. Any necessary work orders are completed usually within a day. They change furnace filters twice a year, scheduled maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems. If you are looking for a safe, family and pet friendly community- see if they have openings.

Moved in a couple weeks ago and really like the community so far. Lots of green space, dogs being walked, kids riding bikes. The community has a couple of years on it, but the grounds are very well maintained and overall everything looks very nice.I live in one of the townhouses and from what I can tell most of us have dogs of various sizes. That being the case, I expected the typical issues that come with that. After a couple weeks of looking I can say that dog bags are provided (and always well stocked and relatively close by), which is great since there's no excuse for anyone not to pick up after their dog. Either my neighbors agree with me, or the crew that works here are very diligent, but I have not seen any dog waste while walking through the complex. I had one maintenance request when I first moved in, it was taken care of and handled professionally and no issues since. If there was anything I can say even remotely critical is the coin-op laundry machines are rather old. Honestly though no one really seems to use them, and at some point I'll go out and buy myself a washer and dryer so it's a temporary situation. Also even old, they work and the dryer stays on for very long time for the $1.50 so no constant feeding the machine needed.

Just moved in. The location is very nice as it's across from Barnes and Nobles and a movie theater. It's also right next to the highway. In addition the manager (Katie) and the maintenance staff are quick to respond to any concerns. The apartment complex itself is very nice and well-kept. The apartments themselves are well maintained and spacious. They have a unit with an attached garage which is especially nice. The only reason they get 4 out of 5 stars is that the apartments are maintained well the appliances and counters aren't new (granite) when compared to other apartment complexes. However, you can't beat the location and the managing staff. I would definitely recommend. It is also quiet despite being close to the highway and is well insulated.

I have lived at Turnberry since 2011. The management staff and maintenance are professional, responsive, friendly and have passion. In my experience, maintenance response is usually within a day or two. Emergency response is practically instant (I'm taking 15 minutes, folks). There is always a fun contest to engage residents and communicate changes affecting the community (email, Facebook, text, monthly newsletters etc). My town house has 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. Attached garage, a patio and a privacy fence, and a guest parking space. The property has plenty of grass and trees. On warm days, you see residents walking their dogs, chatting, waving at each other. You feel safe here and its peaceful. And talk about convenience, the location is ideal. You are just off 256, 3/4 miles from I70. You can get to OSU in 15 minutes. There is a Wall Mart, Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, Movie Theater, Giant Eagle, Kroger, Walgreens, and CVS within a few miles of the complex. You don't have to leave Pickerington for what you need and its right outside of your door. I recommend Turnberry without hesitation. Both my mom (also a resident) love it here. Melissa C

I have lived here for several years now and used to love this place. Now I can't wait for my lease to expire. Crime is out of control and I can't wait to get my kids out of here. I work late and am always worried about something happening when I'm not home.I'll give it two stars because this used to be a nice place (look at the pictures, those are a couple years old). Go down Tussing Road, there's plenty of options around that's safer.
