Giving one star is generous. This is my second & last year signing a lease here at the Quarry. My first year (2022) was great-- maintenance was quick, no issues with the unit, cheap rent, nice location. I signed my second lease in March 2023, but moved into a different unit & different building here entirely. They had to re-run my credit & fill out new paperwork of course, but after running my credit and not hearing back for 3 days, I decided to call and check in. I probably called 10 times that day & left voicemails, NO ANSWER. The only way to get ahold of them is to physically walk into the leasing office and even then, they all act confused. Once they said I was approved, it took maybe another week to sign the paperwork after hounding them daily about getting it completed before said move in day. Once paperwork taken care of, I thought everything would be smooth sailing from there, but very incorrect.I went into the leasing office on move in day around 10am to pick up my keys as instructed & Erica, the property manager, said that maintenance had my keys & it would take about an hour. I came back an hour later, still no keys. Around noon, I went back into the office for the keys & advised that I had movers coming in an hour & that withholding the keys wasn't an option anymore. At this time, the property manager & the assistant manager took a broom, bucket, and other cleaning supplies and finally admitted that they had the keys, but the unit wasn't finished being cleaned & that they were to do it themselves. Obviously raised concerned because all units should be professionally cleaned after a previous tenant.Once I received my keys, I started moving as the movers arrived. When I got into the unit, it had strong smell of Fabuloso, yet the unit was FILTHY. Absolutely disgusting. I called and reported it right away & the solution from the property manager was to move in a different day so that they could properly clean. This was not an option as I had just paid movers hundreds of dollars & wouldn't have had anywhere else to live.Upon cleaning the unit as best as i could myself, i came across loose dog food in the cabinets, dried food on the sides of the fridge and oven and within the cabinets and drawers, crumbs imbedded in the caulking along the counters near the sink, dirty floors that have never seen a mop, carpet full of dog hair (after vacuuming, we emptied the vacuum at least twice), small beads scattered in the bathroom, dirty q-tips under the bathroom vanity, random items left behind from previous tenants, a broken door frame (our front door), DIRTY UNDERWEAR and other clothes on the floor between the washer & dryer, and so much more. The quarry offered only $350 off of our next month rent & promised a professional cleaner the next day (which would be a saturday). The next day comes & of course, a no show on the cleaner. We finally had to reach out on the next business day (two days later) to hound them about new carpets or carpet cleaning & a house cleaner. Erica argued that she paid professional carpet cleaners & that it should be cleaned. We had to send photos of everything just to get her to get stuff done even though she was in this disgusting unit herself.Midweek, the carpet guys finally came, but i was forced to have to take off 2 additional days of work to allow the carpet company to come in and work (i work from home & wasn't able to work over the noise & had to help them move all my furniture across to one side of the unit to install the carpet, then to the other side to get the carpet placed). When the cleaner came, she had no idea what she should clean, so I had to instruct her what to clean as she felt it wasn't dirty. Blinds were black, dirty kitchen and utility closet, spider webs hanging from the ceilings and more.Honestly, I've never been this horrified by a business. I probably could've fought to get out of my lease somehow, but didn't have the means to at the time.Although it's in a great area & is convenient-- DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place & management sucks.

The sides are being neglected. The property is trying to make improvements but simply painting doesn't negate trash everwhere. There's trash and suddenly large dog poop everywhere near buildings 28-30.

Do not live here. I moved out over a month ago and haven't received my security deposit. I called to receive confirmation that it was sent out and staff member was sassy on the phone. Literally the worst management experience I have ever had. They will continuously inconvenience you, and you will not be compensated, nor will they make it right with you. Honestly don't even bother. These people are scam artists at best. Sorry to everyone who signs a new lease here.

I am going on my second year living here and this year has been absolutely TERRIBLE. I've never lived in a place where the maintenance and the leasing office are so rude, disconnected and frankly do NOT care about anything other than money. My A/C has been out for 3.5 weeks. The weather has been above 75 for more than half that time. I have a large dog and he is now getting sick and debrydated because the maintenance hasn't come to install a window unit as promised. Each time I call the emergency maintenance line they "write" a ticket and tell me the issue is flagged as urgent. Well it's still 80 degrees in my apartment and no window unit has been installed nor have I gotten a call back. I've had a leak in my ceiling for MONTHS. They came to "fix" it but two days later it begins to leak again. The bugs are horrible and not maintained -- we live near a large pond with plenty of "wildlife" this should be something that management can maintain. I wish I could get out of my lease early and move out of here. This place is unlivable and the management is awful. Do not live here, you'll regret it.

We paid for a unit for our daughter here for nearly 2 years. We were told the walls would be painted and the place cleaned before moving in. Two years into the lease the walls were never painted where previous repairs were made and more issues were happening like leaks, appliances breaking or having issues, rotting doorways and windows, increasing noise, vandalism, and more. As the funding parent, the most concerning was the security and the on-going break-ins around the complex, no security access at the workout facility near her unit, abandoned vehicles in the parking lot, overflowing dumpsters, increasing dog feces in walking areas and a general declining atmosphere for the prices commanded. The management seemed to be a revolving door. Phones were never answered, emails were not responded to, and personal visits were just given lip service with no follow-up. We decided to move her even though the only good thing was the access to OSU's campus. She is so much happier and SAFER in her new place. Solomon group - shame on you. My opinion of your group - Slum Lords vs. Landlords. Yuck! Stay away.

A few months ago I put in a maintenance request to fix my toilet that had a bad flush valve. No one came to fix it so I called the emergency maintenance line and they "didn't see it as an emergency" that I couldn't use my toilet so I had to go buy the replacement part and do it myself. Now it's my dryer that is broken - I've been waiting two weeks for them to come look at it and it hasn't even been addressed yet. When I email the office they say that they can't tell when maintenance will get to me, but that requests are backed up because they got a new maintenance team. They also are not providing a credit or discount on an amenity that I am unable to use because they decided to get a new maintenance team. Not to mention i'm paying more money to take my laundry elsewhere. They are doing nothing to make things right and I am just waiting for the end of my lease to get out of here.Update: It's been 6 weeks now with little to no help from anyone including the property manager Erica. I've sent emails to probably everyone in the office and called and they let me go to voicemail and no one gets back to me, they're just ignoring me now. Don't live here, they'll just treat you like trash. This is a horrible place to live.

We were and unfortunately are still looking at apartments and The Quarry Luxury Apartments were the first ones we liked. We scheduled a tour January 17th and liked it so we applied and were told we would hear back the following Monday. It took over two weeks to get any communication after sending multiple emails and calling the office. We were only able to get information about next steps for signing a lease after calling the personal number given to us by our leasing agent. We then set up a final tour of the apartment we wanted and we were ready to sign within the next day. Again it took over a week and a half to get a response and we were told our lease would be sent over to sign the next day. The day we are waiting for our lease to be sent over, we get a call that the apartment was actually already signed last week by someone else and was no longer available. Overall the apartments are good and the price is affordable but the lack of communication and professionalism from the leasing office was unacceptable. To avoid the headache of what was obviously going to be an issue going forward we decided to look elsewhere.

Highly do not recommend living here. I haven't been able to get ahold of the office over the phone, but when I go into the office, there are workers doing nothing. My dryers been broken for almost 4 weeks without any follow-up. A girl in the office was so very unhelpful (I forget her name because she didn't do anything to help) about fixing the problem, stating that she does not know when maintenance will be about to fx the dryer. I would rather be told some random date than hear how oblivious all of their workers are.

It has been an awful move in experience. Please avoid this place at all costs. Urine smells and stains, broken dirty windows with missing latches, garage frame that is pulling away from the building, very poor and slow customer service (mostly smiles and assurances without follow-through), spiders everywhere, dirty vents, dirty ceilings, dirty floor boards, dirty appliances, dirty porch with bird poop that doesn't look like it has been power washed in ages, soooo many extra fees, and the list goes on. If you have $1500, you can do way better than this place.

Worst Place to live.......Ever!!!! Management is the worst ever. Maintenance steals out of your apartment was reported nothing never was done. Without a washer for two months maintenance came in. Did not fix report it and was told by management there's nothing they can do.. car was broken into. It has been the worst place I ever lived at. I moved from out of town. They have a electrical problem. my stove caught on fire, and they just turned off one eye and told us to have a good evening and use the three others never came back... Ericka is over management and never ever able to get a hold of her and when you do, she doesn't do nothing but lie to you. I have also reported this place into the BBB.
