The Players Club at Foxfire

Greens have patches of dirt within 2 feet of the cup. Fringe is entirely mud in places, there's 200 miles of bunker with no sand and standing water. Rough is unplayable at times, ranging from barren and dry to 7" thick. This course cost $49, it was closer to $20 worth of golf. Absolutely pitiful value for your money. Wish I'd have stayed home.

Worst customer service. Whoever the man is running the check ins is a dick. Booked online to golf solo a week in advance. Drove a half hour, checked in with the lady inside and then he refused to let me golf alone and expected me to share a cart with a random person during this COVID outbreak. Didn't even play. Left and will not come back. They shouldn't allow solo bookings if it's not being accepted.

2nd update: Owners' response to Better Business Bureau complaint indicated that they fired the ranger. Hope that's true but their letter also denied that the ranger behaved erratically/aggressively so it's difficult for me to believe that they really fired him.

11 dollars. I paid 11 dollars to walk 9 holes. That is awesome, true I paid about 6 dollars in gas(it is in pickaway county about 30-40 min south of columbus) but still 11 dollars. This course was very fun to play. The ranger at the first hole saw that I was walking by myself and that there was a line on 1, so he told me to go to hole 10. No line, no waiting, no one behind me. Just the way that I like it. The course was nice and green, a bit challenging and open. The greens were well kept and smooth. The sprinklers were going on 3 of the 9 holes I played which sucked. Luckily I did hit one of the sprinklers head and it added a solid 60 yards to my drive! I will definalty go here again.

The courses has kicked in their fall rates and to walk 18 holes is only $15 and to be honest this is by far the best deal around. Typical fall conditions but they reduced the rates to compensate which is just all around good business. This is considered my "home" course because at least half my rounds a year are played here. Great workers that reside here and always love playing a round when I get the chance to. Keep up the good work Foxfire, I'll continue to return year after year !!

Incredible hospitality and homemade food. Kelly makes the round a special experience and the course is well kept and challenging, despite the lack of rain lately.

Challenging course. Decently maintained. A winner for 60 bucks. Don't play here unless you can break 100 on other courses. You will be miserable

Is this course perfect? No, but which course is. I moved to this side of town this summer and have played the course several times. It's challenging but beautiful. Sand pits need a little love, but have had zero issues other than that. Staff has always been polite to my friends and I.
