Finally! I first was introduced to The Little Kitchen food truck in 2017 at a vegan event in the 161 area, but didn't get a chance to try them then. Fast forward three years, I finally tracked them down at the German Village Makers Market (GVMM). This is an all-vegan food truck, and there menu simple, but with enough offerings to make me have to put some serious thought into my decision. First time, I tried their Loaded Breakfast Potatoes. Pretty yummy! Would have been even better had the fake bacon be more prominent, and a runny egg atop more have bumped up the jam, but I was satisfied, and it was a large entree that lasted a couple of meals. At the second GVMM (in late August), The Little Kitchen (TLK) was open and serving again, so I picked their vegan Breakfast Quesadillas. This meal was kinda a letdown. I couldn't taste anything else besides the creamy cheeze. Yes, the cheeze was good, but almost too much; and I couldn't taste the scrambled tofu of vegan sausage, which is a total heartbreak, imo. I would not recommend this dish ($12). The vegan sour cream was good, but if I can't taste the protein - my #1 in ANY dish I get, then that's an immediate down-grade. TLK Does have some other interesting sounding items on their menu, and it does seem to change up every so often (of at least a few of the offerings). I'm glad this food truck is for the vegans, by the vegans!

I had their coffee milkshake for the first time back in 2018 during a food truck festival. I really liked it, and I am so excited that they finally opened the store at North Market Bridge Park location. As the weather gets warmer, it is perfect to get a milkshake or smoothie when you are around the area. It is so refreshing! They also have food menu and I will definitely try some next time~

Best salad I've ever had - this was unconvincingly meat-like, fresh, flavorful and generous! First trip to North Market Bridge Park. Speedy , easy and filling. It took me forever to finish it. Guac was perfectly seasoned and the salsa was perfect! excellent and thoughtful flavor profiles. Looking forward to next visit.

My favs are the BBQ Chik' N quesadilla, Mac and peas, and the peanut butter smoothie. The new donuts are a great touch. They are always friendly.

I've been wanting to find this sneaky little food truck around town for awhile and FINALLY found it during when it was stationed at Two Dollar Radio HQ for Sunday brunch. The wait was well worth it. I tried the Mac and peas and the shamrock shake. Both ridiculously delicious--and all plant based! The Mac and peas was so flavorful, you would never think it was vegan, it had a cheezy smoky flavor. And the shake was a perfect balance of mint and creaminess with a dollop of coconut whipped cream on top. The girl who took my order was very sweet considering she was very busy and running around quite a bit. I can guarantee I'll be hunting this truck down from now on. I've already told like five people about how great the food was and I only had it just yesterday. I can't wait to try more of the menu.

I've been anxiously awaiting my first bite of food from LKFT. My past plans have been thwarted for various reasons, but NOT TODAY! I couldn't make up my mind so I opted for 3 menu items: Superfood Yogurt Parfait, Blueberry Toaster Strudel, and the Coffee Cake Muffin. All 3 did not disappoint! However, the toaster strudel was honestly my favorite. I meant to save some for my fiancé to try, but alas I could not! He will just have to join me on one of my many returns as a loyal customer. Looking forward to my future happy belly while I'm currently so pleasantly satisfied. Xoxo, Your most recent fan.

Ok so I've dined with the Little Kitchen several times in several different locales. The food is always good and I've never had to wait an overly long time. I've had the chickpea wrap, Mac and peas, cookies and cream shake, quesadilla, and other various wraps and I've been very pleased every time. But I recently had the creamy chicken and rice soup, and oh my it was amazing. It was AMAZING! The mushrooms on top, the creaminess, the flavor. Y'all, it was so so good. I accidentally got the largest size and initially thought wow that's much too much. However that ended up being the best decision because I would have been angry with a small amount!

Delicious! I was introduced to this truck was at the August Vegan event here in Columbus. I wish I would've gotten their food, but instead I just tried one of their cold brew milkshakes. So good!

I absolutely love The Little Kitchen food- it is so tasty and pretty healthy- which is why it pains me to have to give it this review. We have been followers of The Little Kitchen food truck from the beginning and we noticed that, over time, when service was handed off to those other than the owner the service grew slower. But, we were willing to wait 30 minutes for a milkshake when the food truck was a rare festival treat. However... we visited The Little Kitchen at the North Market at Bridge Park over the weekend and were disappointed to find that service was still incredibly and unforgiveably slow. We were quoted 20-25 minutes for our food, which we agreed to, but which in the end took 35 minutes. So for more than 1/2 hour we had to stand around inside the food court, holding a number and waiting. It should not take this long to get together a couple of deli style dishes and milkshakes. Either there is an inefficient work flow in place and/or there is understaffing. I witnessed 3 workers (is this sufficient for a Saturday at the North Market?), one at the register (and sometimes washing dishes while ignoring customers), one in the kitchen, and a third who would seemingly switch places with the kitchen worker. I have no idea if all 3 were ever working at the same time. Additionally, there was an apparent lack of urgency in filling orders, as these kids moved like molasses. I saw several people wait for awhile at the register and then give up and leave without placing an order. While waiting, I observed the cashier/dishwasher running around ALL over the food court carrying food, looking for the matching numbers. This is:1) Disgusting because you are trailing food all over a crowded food court to pick up all kinds of nasty contaminants along the way and 2) HIGHLY INEFFICIENT. WHY would have such a system that wastes time and takes a worker away from the register for an extended period of time when you could easily have a more streamlined system that notifies people, say by text, that their order is ready so they can come pick it up?To top it off there was no cursory apology for the experience, as would be common courtesy- just hand us the food, grab the number, and turn around to leave. As a result of this, my partner says he will never go back, even though he also loves the food. This is unfortunate for me, yes, but also The Little Kitchen. How much lost opportunity to expose people to tasty vegan food? How many $ forfeited to inefficiency and poor customer service?
