The Landing Tavern

Good breakfast, and from the looks of this place, it is a good place to go in general. Everyone was helpful and engaging, though they seemed pressured due to short staffing. We had standard eggs and bacon breakfast. It was cooked properly and delicious. I would go here again.

Solid breakfast place at the lake. Has both indoor and outdoor seating AND $3 mimosas There was only one waitress for the entire outside patio but she made it happen.

Don't judge a book by its cover, from the outside the Landing looks to be a typical local dive bar. However, once inside, its clean and bright, lots of TVs for sports, a Touchtunes juke box and Keno. Bartender fast and friendly. Never had to flag her down, proactively asked every time. The good is amazing, and very fairly priced. Fresh cut fries are crazy good, and a large basket of them under 4.00. We feel they have the best burgers in the Indian Lake area, or maybe anywhere. We were there Saturday to watch football, opted for Pretzel bites that looked like Buckeyes, so great for Ohio State games. We heard it gets really slammed on summer weekends with a long wait, but it's worth it!

I read plenty of reviews that said "best breakfast around" this was not the case. Waitress forgot about our party and we sat for 20 minutes before getting menus and even longer for drinks. Food took way too long and was luke warm when it came out. If the place was busy I could see these things but the place was half full. Because we were locals, I definitely felt that we were an afterthought. They seated a party of six AFTER us and served them before us because they were regulars.

Check your tab very carefully very carefully this is not a repeat!! You can be overcharged easily!

Seems like a nice local bar. Friendly staff, but the food was not good. Many other places on Indian lake to choose from
