The Jolly Dipper

I ordered a peanut butter milkshake and it tasted good. It wasn't too thick. My mom ordered the turtle sundae and she said it was okay; not the best she's ever had. For my three year old, I ordered a small vanilla soft serve with a face. I thought this was going to be great! Unfortunately it was very plain. It only included 3 pieces of candy (2 eyes and a nose). Overall it was a good experience and the ice cream was good.

Disrespectful Manager My family and I just got back from the craziest experience I've ever had from someone in the service industry. We came to get ice cream and waited in the car line for approximately 20 minutes without the line moving. My wife who has worked in the service industry went up to the front window to see if everything was okay and a young lady said the car was waiting for their fryer food. She made the suggestion to have that car pull ahead and park so the line could move. We got to the window to order and another young lady was very rude and aggressive saying we had no reason to be complaining.... we weren't even complaining we were just wondering why the line wasn't moving. We said we'd park so the line could move. The same lady brought our food out and we asked for a managers name and she said she was the manager and her name was Cecilia. She then started screaming at my wife in front of our two young sons who were terrified. She was waving her arms around and yelling at us so we just rolled up our windows and drove off. My son's are still freaked out and my wife and I are just at a loss wondering if that lady is okay or if she's under the influence or something. We will never be back and we will be informing our numerous family, friends, co workers, sports teams we are affiliated with, and anyone else that this place in NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. Sad because the ice cream is good but we will stick with Archie's and Dietschs from now on. Hopefully the owners take a look at the cameras and see Cecilia verbally attacking customers and perhaps give her some training on how to behave.

Since they've blocked me from reviewing them on Facebook, they I figured I'd come here. The last four times I've gone, the food was tiger wrong or awful. I've given them so many chances because they are a small business, but spending $4.20 on a medium sundae, only for it to be wrong and missing items just isn't worth it. I contacted them and they were super condescending and only care about positive reviews. Not being a Karen here. , just sick of wasting my money on a business that doesn't care about customers.

Is yelp still a thing? I guess it is! The Jolly Dipper is a veteran owned family business. The best ice cream in my humble opinion. They've managed to not close one single day due to the current situation the world is in.Ignore Justin's review. He is overly sensitive key board warrior that recently moved here from California and blasts ppl, businesses, and organizations on FB to bully them into getting his way.

Pretty disappointed with this ice cream place today I haven't lived in Findlay long I don't know very many of the little ice cream places. So I just chose one that came up on my Google search with this one being near me and the park I was going to. Me and my boys went through the drive-through to get food we ordered and they left a sit there for 10 to 15 minutes and then had me pull across the street to wait for my food because nobody was making it yet then when they brought me the food, my sons foot-long Coney dog didn't even have any chili on it it had on the cheese the mustard in the onions no chili so I took it back over and they wanted a receipt when I was literally just in the drive-through I did not have a receipt because they did not give me one my son wants to give this place another chance I might just give them another chance but I am very disappointed with the service I received this evening.

This place serves soft serve ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes and flurries. My personal favorite is the turtle flurrie. I think it's just vanilla and chocolate soft serve mixed with caramel sauce and pecans. It's awesome! They also have a wide variety of hot foods but I haven't tried them yet. A variety of hotdogs sandwiches and some very unique apps are on the menu. Mac n cheese bites, rueben bites, saurkraut balls, sweet potato fries etc etc etc! Prices are very reasonable.
