We had a fantastic experience at this apartment complex. The apartments themselves are beautiful and have a very modern feel overall. The kitchen boasts beautiful cabinets that offer a lot of storage. Granite countertops are throughout and look really nice on the 'island' portion. It is a very good looking and impressive apartment is the bottom line. All the appliances worked without issue and in the 2 years we lived there, we never had anything close to a major maintenance issue. When we did reach out to them, they were there very quickly and were always polite. The 1.5 baths were very nice in an apartment this size. The master bath has a huge mirror, a walk-in shower, and plenty of room. We liked the bedroom a lot and were happy with all the storage space. Do note that there is carpeting in the bedroom and walk in closet, but it was extremely clean and well maintained. You cannot beat the location! Right in the heart of the Short North, basically walking distance to everything. We were able to bike to campus for work and get to where we needed without issue. Initially we were concerned with the noise levels, but our apartment was located in the back and overlooked the courtyard. It was very quiet, and we could rarely hear our neighbors or the street. If noise is a concern of yours, I suggest waiting for something that is around the courtyard (which is awesome by the way). The staff was great, and the building was very well maintained. It was always clean, and we never had a problem with mail or packages. There was never an issue with the elevators, even when moving in and out. All of the stuff you don't want to deal with, garbage and what not was convenient and clean as well. We loved this apartment and the only reason we didn't stay longer is that we moved. You won't be disappointed by The Hub.

I lived at the hub since September 2017 & just resigned my lease. The staffing & management has been nothing but helpful throughout my stay here. Alysha helped me through my move in process as I was moving from out of state & Bria has been SO kind since she's been in the office. Very clean. Maintenance is fast & efficient. Not loud at all. Highly recommend!!!

I lived here for 2 years and moved out 3 years ago for work. I wanted to live in a place that was modern, quiet, and on High Street. This fit the bill perfectly. The location allowed me to walk to all the restaurants/bars in the area; I basically lived at Arch City. To avoid the noise, I chose a courtyard view apartment instead of one facing High Street. This was a key move. My girlfriend at the time lived in a different complex facing High Street, and it was noisy all the time at night as you'd expect. I must have had very reasonable neighbors, because I never heard them either, so I must have been lucky. Also, it was very convenient having SNAP fitness downstairs. My only complaint is with the parking garage. I paid extra to have a "premium" spot near the entrance on my floor. About 1 out of every 3 weekend nights when I took my car out, some cockroach would decide to park in my spot, which was clearly marked as reserved. I must have had 30 cars towed in my 2 years there. Their solution was to "just park somewhere else," but then what's the point of paying a premium for a reserved spot? They refused to credit any of my money back for all the trouble. They really didn't care to find a solution to that problem other than to have people just deal with it when someone took their spot.Overall, I was happy there.

If you want to live in the Short North and all that it has to offer then check out the Hub. Really nice interior finishing in the units and flooring. Large balcony with plenty of room for furniture. Walking distance to some of the best bars and restaurants the city has to offer. However, the thing I really appreciate about the HUB is the maintenance staff who are friendly, through and responsive. My dog appreciates how the front desk staff are generous with treat and scratches.

If you're 21 years old and don't mind a lot of noise and parties, this is the place to live! Convenient to restaurants and bars (e.g. The Union)...which you can hear until well after 2am if your unit faces out onto Hubbard or High. Units are finished nicely...superficially. However, be prepared that if you don't live on the top floor, you will hear a LOT of noise from the units above and below (music/TV, walking, talking). Engineered wood floors and no concrete sub-flooring make these units like echo chambers. My partner moved here earlier this year and specifically asked about building construction, and was told that noise was not an issue. This was very misleading. Consider other properties because although this building is new and nicely finished, it is poorly constructed.
