I pop in here every time I'm in the area. I love the salad bar but always leave with a few bottles of wine and several bags of ground coffee. It's never been crowded on my handful of visits and the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. The one thing I wish for is a few more sales. I'm a sucker for sale prices.

So, The Hills Market sells the best oatmeal cookies in town--and you'll find them right next to the meat counter. Yep, it's weird but deliciously weird. The staff? Super knowledgeable. One of them guided me to a local whiskey and gave me a crash course on OHLQ business. I felt like I was getting a whiskey degree.Sales? Found some great ones! The place is packed with unique local items (State of Ohio ballcaps, Carfagna's sauces, cookies, Whiskey from Gahanna), that make shopping a mini adventure.Would I return? Absolutely, if only for the cookies and the chance to learn something new about whiskey!

Really good beer selection. Stuff you do not normally see in a regular supermarket. I looked at the previous reviews and have to base this on my experience; which was very good. I was really looking for empanadas but they were not in stock. The manager came out and explained that situation and asked if there was anything else he can get for me. The staff at checkout were also kind and accommodating. Store was clean and parking was very easy. I'm a Kroger guy and the items here are a level above that. This is a place I would go back to for more items.; especially outside of normal my grocery list.

Awesome employees!! Helpful, kind, caring and they truly take care about those in the community. The store has great high quality food products that are super fresh, the service is outstanding, whatever you need, they are happy to accommodate. In Addition, the store has events on their veranda from wine tastings to pizza, brats and burgers, and once a week they reserve their veranda for charitable causes. They participate in neighborhood parades, and are a jewel in the Worthington Hills community.Thank you Mark, Matt, Kyle, Susan, Bruce, Jan, Janie and the entire staff for all your hard work!!

This is a great little market located in Worthington Hills on route 23 it is a perfect blend of not being too big or too small. It reminds me of how markets were when I was a younger.this is also a great place to get liquor... they seem to get some good selections. Also, they consistently provide excellent service. Bonus: they even will take your groceries to your car! The down side is some things are a bit expensive, esp their meats -- but the cuts are very nice...

Love this place! Stopped in here with my son this past Saturday and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were running late to pick up some baked goods to take to a friend's get together and I was quickly pointed in the right direction. The variety of gluten free options, vegan, and vegetarian options are on point and I love how organized everything is. We were able to quickly get in and out and everything we got was delicious! The brownie Rice Krispie treats are phenomenal as well as the puppy chow. I did not get to try the cookies but everyone who ate them loved them! A little pricey but seems worth it as everything tastes homemade. Definitely will be back to this cute little market!

I came to this place when I found out that they sold chocolate babka from Cinnaswirl Bakery. This is a locally owned grocery store. They seem to have a good collection wine. We went around the store to find the Babka and was looking around to see what they have. Everything seemed to be overpriced. There are items that you just don't see in your regular supermarket but things that you can find in supermarkets like Kroger are overpriced in The Hills Market. There is a deli section and a bakery section, and both section had decent collection of items but again, overpriced.Unless I am looking for something that is being exclusively sold at The Hills Market, I just don't see myself coming and shopping here with everything overpriced.

You know when you go somewhere and you just do not like the vibe? That is how I felt here. Staff and patrons were unfriendly. Guy working at the deli counter was loudly talking to a co-worker about how something tasted like (insert profanity word here). It was very off putting. Extra star for excellent and diverse variety of gluten free items.

I visited The Hills with some friends for one of their wine tastings (10 for $20) and picked up some interesting items along the way. First, the wine tasting - nice event, decent price. There were 10 wines for $20. It wasn't well advertised that you could purchase a half card, or 5 wines for $10, which was the option that most of my group had wanted. There was a nice selection of reds and whites (I think 30 total) set up through the store. The event ran from 6 - 9 PM. It was very crowded early on, but thinned out towards the end. I'd probably go later the next time. They advertised "light snacks" and set up a little buffet near the deli with cheese, crackers, olive mix, some pasta salads, etc. They refilled the buffet at least 3 or 4 times, which was a really nice surprise. Some tastings, you just kind of get what's out and it's not refreshed. It was very crowded. There weren't necessarily a ridiculous number of people, but like Whole Foods and Giant Eagle, the tasting is spread through the store, and it's not really set up for lingering. There were lines at the tables and clumps of people hanging out in the aisles. The grocery prices are high (comparable to Whole Foods), but I also wouldn't plan to go the the specialty market to do a big shop. Just plan appropriately. They have a great cheese selection, really nice looking produce, and lots of food and products from local producers. I picked up a slice of sprinkle cake from the bakery, some large clementines, kale, and a bottle of mead from a local meadery that I've been wanting to try.
