If you see The Gyro Guy around, stop in and check out his cart. This is the epitome of a stripped down, simple menu. In fact, there's only three options: a gyro, a Greek salad with gyro meat, or just a regular Greek salad. I'd never been to the place before, but I saw he at Carepoint Gahanna thanks to the nifty OSU WMC Food Truck schedule. I was a bit disappointed by the small menu, since I was actually pretty hungry, but at the same time, I eat too much anyway.I went with a gyro, and he popped it out in less than a minute. He uses a pretty thin pita to wrap the sandwich and has a special sauce to throw down on it. Despite not having any sides, this was a pretty solid gyro. The beef/lamb had great flavor, and the sauce he put on it was really really good. I'd put that on everything. The guy running the cart was really nice, and it sounded like he mostly has it cart out around campus. I've only ever seen it listed on the WMC food truck schedule like I said, and it doesn't look like the Facebook page is updated regularly. I'm knocking him a star, since there's really not much to this cart, but if you're looking for a quick bite on the go, I'd recommend giving him a shot.

Such a great place to stop and get food. Rivals and, in my opinion, way better than sit down restaurants. The owner is super friendly and informative about the local area. Definitely stop by if you can.

This gyro was better than the one I had at the Greek Festival! The banana peppers are a really nice touch.
