My review is about a young lady that went out of her way to help me*I was having trouble getting online and printing documents that I neededquick fast & in a hurry * Chelsea the assistant property manager wasted no time to help me on a busy day * It is this type of customer service that sets the Gramercy apart from most places to live* Most communities just look at you an say " It's a self serve business center you might want to go to another business center outside of here" But not Chelsea she is a super woman with a drive to get the job done * She is consistent day in and day out *Additional InformationKellie a leasing consultant was the first to greet me today with her usual smile * She informed me that the business center at New Albany had installed new computers in the conference room * See that's what the customer wants to hear ; The Gramercy is always a step above the competition to make things easier for the customer*I forgot the managers name but she treats her customers right* She always makes sure the residents are happy * I have seen her on numerous occasions being respectful to the residents and treating her co-workers with respect* She never gets rattled or stressed because she is a problem solver, compassionate and dedicated * She drives the business with her passion because she loves her job* The Gramercy team of professionals is why you should want to live in this community * In today's world most communities try to be innovated but the thing that cannot be duplicated is great customer service team*I make no reservations saying that the Gramercy at New Albany should be on your list of places to see *Sincerely B.K Land

We were excited to move here because the area seemed safe and dog friendly, management also seemed to be friendly and care. We pay our dog rent and clean up after our pets, so this is extremely frustrating for us that management does nothing. 1. I have emailed management countless times complaining about the dog poop not only in the dog park, but around the complex. They don't seem to care all they do is send out emails. 2. The dog park has exposed wires, I have 2 larger dogs that I like to take into the dog park but because of the poop that we all constantly step in and now the exposed wires we don't go in there. 3. 80% of the year the dog park is not usable, the second it rains even a little it is a mud pit in the dog park. I have mentioned this to management, that we can't even use the amenities we are paying for, they said they can't control the weather, I asked if they could put more grass or cover the muddy areas so we don't walk out all messy. 4. HUGE increase in break-ins, there have been lots of break-ins in this complex. They have no cameras, and the lighting in the complex is extremely poor. Since I walk my dogs alone at night I asked them to see if we could add more lighting, they said they aren't here at night so they don't know what the situation is like - if you manage the complex you should know.

I just took a tour, I don't live here. I was not necessary impressed. I like their coffee selection for sure but we waited and had an appointment. They had someone else there which is fine but I am about keeping to time to we take note of this, especially me. It was a Kaufman property so I thought a nice touch-up to the normal but it wasn't. We waited and waited and 17minutes after our start time we were assisted and shown the model and that was it. The tour guide was picking up trash during the tour which was not a great impression but whatever life goes on. It was difficult to have a conversation and this was out first tour so brought my excitement down. Overall I dont think this is for us, the prices reflect a better quality but that wasn't there. Sure they have funny roofs but that was really it that set it apartment from, everywhere, else

So I have now lived here for over 6 months and it has been great. I work in Easton and it is under 15 minutes from here via the freeway - very convenient. Also when I feel like meeting friends Downtown, it is usually only 30 minutes in regular traffic. My work is insanely busy, so I haven't had time to take part in the community events, like the garden and workout classes, but knowing they are available is nice.I have a Barrymore - it has 2 bedrooms/2 full baths and a loft for my office. It is very quiet here and the neighbors are all very respectful of each others space and the over all cleanliness of the community. The pool area is really cute and now that the snow is gone, everyone spends a lot of time sunning out there. There is plenty of seating. The gym is well equipped too and you can use the conference room and clubhouse for meetings and parties too, I hear.OH, I wanted to mention that one day I was home from work sick and tweeted about it - checking in here - a while later one of the ambassadors showed up with a care package for me with soup and cough drops and stuff. That was really impressive.I would recommend living here to anyone looking for something stylish, comfortable, clean, well appointed and close enough to everything to be convenient. They also have great pet polices, i have cats, but i notice that many people have dogs here as well. I also love that I can pay my rent online and put in requests online for maintenance.

I received a warm welcome from the maintenance Manager at the Gramercy in New Albany * One thing that I always remember is how people respond and the time of the response * I give him two thumbs up and 5 stars because today he made a great impression on me ( the customer ) * If a person is not driven through passion in doing their job; then the work means nothing * The manager for maintenance is impacting the Gramercy in a big way* It's simple * He is punctual, polite, compassionate for each customers needs, Dedicated, determined to be successful at every customer request made * If he sees anything that needs a touch up or a light bulb out he then wills himself to respond to make it right* This is why anyone who is contemplating where they should live please choose The Gramercy @ New Albany * Just think about living in a neighborhood where every manager treats you as though your the first one in line* Simply beautiful Sincerely, BK Land & Ali the greatest Great Dane

Very bad experience! I do not recommend it. Bad management. When you leave the condominium they force you to pay a large amount of money for absurd things. THINK TWICE BEFORE LIVING THERE 1/10

HORRIBLE. My girlfriend was very specific on what unit she needed because she is 6 months pregnant. She asked to tour the unit and they couldn't show her it because it "was being cleaned". She signed a lease and the day she signed it she entered the unit to the smell of marijuana inside. My girlfriend called the desk to return the keys to the unit and the girls in the office refuse to allow her to. They do not care about the health concerns of her unborn child. DO not recommend.

The choices at Gramercy apartment complex are to pay 4 months advance to get out of the lease or live with ROACHES! The leasing office does not respond to phone calls or emails about the inhabitable living conditions. When the staff was confronted in person about this issue they were very rude. Chelsea Sanders, the manager, informed me that "she does not work for me" and that is why she did not address our concerns. When a roach bombing was scheduled, they never actually came. We were able to confirm this by our ringdoor bell.

I moved in here in June and have had problems with the neighbor below me constantly playing loud music. I have complained to management repeatedly. Supposedly there have been conversations with him but it never stops. Last time I complained I was advised that he can be as loud as he was prior to 10pm. There have been multiple car break ins, packages stolen from porches and one alledged assault on the property yet no attempt has been made by management to make it safer - more lighting, cameras, security etc. I do not recommend The Gramercy and will not be renewing my lease.
