The Galaxy Coffee

I really liked galaxy coffee ..... which is weird because I normally don't like food trucks and I normally really dislike coffee food trucksHer truck is different. There's just a vibe to it. That's really really good. It's decorated uniquely. It just has an air of positivity. She just has a little bit of everything. She has tons of coffee drinks that you can make. She has lots of flavors to use in drinks, she has many teas and she can even make a lot of different types of teas like: chai, chai latte, London Fog Lattes.... She also has Happy Little Treat bakery items( a local baker in the short north). She even gives out free Covid test kits... I mean, come on... this place is special. Plus she is very dog friendly, what more could you ask for?Come on down to this cute little coffee truck and buy some coffee from one of the nicest ladies that I think I've met in a long time... You'll be supporting a local small business and you'll be getting an excellent cup of coffee or tea!

Finally got the chance to try this coffee truck! I found parallel parking on a side street then walked over.They weren't busy but they were going to close in a little less than an hour. I went with the galaxy latte since I wanted one of the options with the colorful latte art. It had both raspberry and lavender in it but wasn't overly sweet which was perfect. The flavors weren't too in your face which was great!The staff were super friendly. They made small talk with me as I waited. Such nice folks!I'll be back!

The coffee is great and the owner is so nice! There are a ton of vegan options and their specialty lattes with cold foam are all made vegan which is something unique! They currently serve vegan pastries from happy little treats and have some of the vegan and gluten free donuts from there as well. Definitely recommend stopping by this cute little truck!

The absolute cutest coffee place around. Not sure if they are the owner or just an employee but the individual who took our order was so sweet and provided great recommendations. Will absolutely be coming back on our Saturday mornings!

I saw this eye-catching truck driving by one day when stopped at a light and knew for sure I wanted to check it out sometime, so I was happy to run into it at an event. The truck was even more impressive in person, when I could walk all the way around and check out the great designs and wonderful unicorn. They had also set up a little table and chairs on the sidewalk in front of them, which was a nice touch. They had a good selection of coffees, teas, hot chocolate, and lemonade, plus a variety of snacks and locally made pastries, including croissants, pop tarts, muffins, and donuts. We couldn't resist the donuts of the day - the cinnamon chip and the chocolate Oreo. They were flavorful and delicious! Good option for drinks and treats!

I've been wanting to try Galaxy Coffee for a while and happened to see them at the Columbus Commons this morning. Luckily for me I'm completely out of coffee at home and Galaxy Coffee was there to save the day! The drip coffee is reasonably priced and delicious (good enough to drink black). They have some local pastries as well so I got a Blueberry poptart! Thanks for being there!

Love love love Galaxy, such a treat to have them down the street. They're one of the only local coffee shops with quality cold foam and I LOVE the flavor combos they make. They have so many vegan options that never lack in flavor and quality. Love all the workers, we know each other by name and they're so genuine and committed to community building. Although it's just a truck, they have lovely outdoor patio seating with flowers and umbrellas that create a great space to sit when it's warm out. Their community card is awesome too - very clearly explained so people who need the cost covered can get that, and community members can contribute to the cards' funds.

Amazing coffee with warm atmosphere :) will definitely come back when we are in town!! The service was quick and friendly.
