The Fat Pig

Saw a new food truck today on StreetFoodFinder.com and decided to go check it out. Met with the owners Nick Daniel's/Noah McFerrin. This was the first day for the food truck. His family has owned a number of restaurants and he decided he wanted to try his hand at a Food Truck. They have a very limited menu to begin with testing the interest of the customers. They're smoking with hickory and apple wood. I ordered The Squealer. A pulled pork sandwich with onions and Smokin Sweet sauce. It came with chips and a drink. The pork was a bit dry BUT had a ton of flavor to it. I will definitely return when they get a full menu going. Talking with Nick they're going to be all about serving the community, that is very important to them.
