It's ok. I would had a better time if we had our own group. I suggest going in a group of 8 if you want to do prison break and ask for hints

Had a blast!! everyone was so nice and the discount after 9pm is helpful. I wish i could remember our tour guides name but he was AWESOME! One of the best escape rooms I have done- I enjoyed the multi-room lock experience and hints without judgement. If you are looking for a fun unique experience definitely come and do "in the depths."

This place is AMAZING! My husband and I have been waiting to cross "The Depths" off of our list for a while so we traveled up to this location over the weekend! So SO happy that we did. My husband mentioned to Ally (the GM) that we were coming up for a babymoon and the team surprised us with a little gift basket! We are consistently blown away by the kindness and service at every location we have been to! I recommend The Escape Game to absolutely everyone looking for an amazing experience paired with an amazing staff!

One of the best escape rooms in Columbus. We are big fans of Breakout games - but this location has such better decor, lighting, technology, puzzles etc. We really enjoyed the room, and the puzzles were super creative and different - so many rooms you spend time finding keys that open one of 8 locks, and this was not like that at all! We did the Special Ops room, which really required some solid team work. Our host was super personable and sweet, the facility clean, and check in was smooth. Two downsides: the room was WAY too warm for 8 people. The tech in one room made it very very hot, so I would recommend you dress appropriately, and the biggest flaw....no bathrooms in the building. There are public bathrooms across the street, and are "close" but they are still across the way. Thats the biggest flaw. We will definitely be back!

What a great experience! Our group did the Gold Rush and I highly recommend!! Rodney was our game master and he was incredible and made some of our more apprehensive team members feel better about starting the escape room. I've done several escape rooms all over Ohio and this was by far the best! Our group of 4 was joined by another group of 4 strangers. We were very lucky to have more people helping us find the clues. I highly recommend doing it in a large group or joining a group of strangers like we did.

We went for a company outing so I don't have a review for the reservation process or pricing but the Escape Game itself was pretty cool. I had done one other somewhere else that was less than impressive so I wasn't sure how this would go. We didn't get to pick our game the company had decided for us as a team building exercise. My group of 4 were assigned Gold Rush. I was worried with only 4 people that we would have a hard time figuring out clues since the game is made for up to 8 people. However, I feel like our group size was just right. 8 people would have been too crowded and too many heads fighting for solutions. Without giving too much away, I was super surprised that there was a puzzle that required shooting a BB gun at metal targets like a wild Wild West carnival game to get the combination to one of the locked boxes (of course the BB gun is chained down so it's only able to aim at the targets and the barrel of the gun is stuck through a plexiglass shield so no one can get hit with ricochet BB's) I don't know how long this will be part of the game because I'm sure some "Karen" will come along and bitch about it and they will be forced to remove it from the game. Overall we had a good time and I was impressed with certain aspects of the game (I can't disclose) and how well thought out it was.

The team was super friendly and helpful even when we "accidentally" dropped a piece. 10/10 would do again.

No bathrooms....no bathrooms. Literally you have to leave the facility and go urinate at a different establishment.

First off this place is awesome. My kids and husband had an absolute blast. I had started playing with them as well but half way through got really sick and had to leave the game. I suffer with a neurological disorder that affects my eyes and sometimes lights can trigger it. I went out to the bench in the hall way. The staff were so nice and caring and brought me a water so I could take my medicine and than later returned with 2 tickets so that I could return and play again at no cost. I thought that was extremely nice of them as they definitely didn't have to do that! I highly recommend this place.
