The food was very good. The service was goodMy wife loves their hot dogs.The clientele seams to be a lot of regulars with first name status, ("NORM"!!!!)Go with friends.

The absolute worst. Definitely not a pub, and didn't even feel like a bar. More like they opened a bar in a former middle school cafeteria. Horrible lighting. No service whatsoever. There's "food" technically, but nothing anyone would want to eat. Seemed like they could manage serving beer (if you could find a bartender), but I wouldn't order a cocktail. I cannot imagine meeting with friends here, much less going on a date here.

Dub pub is a typical divey-Irish bar, in a good way. You know what you're gettin here. A reliable, comfortable neighborhood bar!

Love this dive bar , when you want cheap bar food with drinks at a very good price this is the place for you. Sometimes the bartenders can have a little attitude but they put up with a lot from the customers , so for a dive bar stop we give this place five stars !!!!!

The owner is super unprofessional! super rude to guests! Will never return his friends are rude as well, doesn't care about his guest doesn't follow the law of masks in the bar as well! Gotta say the bartender tonite on was super nice and accommodating!

If you like waiting for long periods of time and blacked out bartenders this is the place for you. No masks, flip flops, and shitty services. The bar back and Dane were the only helpful employees.

I started going here when I moved to Dublin and Danielle was nothing but kind, friendly and inviting which made Dub Pub our regular spot whenever we wanted to get a drink or some quick food and around the holidays we hadn't been for awhile. We started coming back recently and often with more and more friends as I believed this was a fun spot and enjoyed the bar here. But every time I have been in recently the bar tenders are beyond drunk and can't comprehend your order or they are genuinely terrible at their jobs and will just hand you whatever they feel like making. I have been a bartender for 5 years and the one thing you need to know how to do is remember a drink or a food order you were JUST told and be kind to the patrons. On top of these bartenders having no knowledge of how to be behind a bar they are the rudest service industry people I've ever come across and will ignore new patrons/ woman and cater to men/regulars. I understand every bar needs its regulars but how do you expect to uphold a profitable and well regarded establishment when your bar back and bartenders are routinely treating new people like they are not important. I've always tipper well despite the awful service, because I understand people may have a bad day.... but EVERY time? They also have people who DO NOT work there behind the bar, taking drink orders, cleaning etc. WHILE they are hiding behind the pillar in the corner taking shots. For example one of the men who was "bar backing" told my friends and I he does not work there. Then later in the evening threatened me and called me racial slurs as well as the b word.. but I guess he can't be held accountable? All and all this establishment would be wonderful if they hired sound employees who have worked as bartenders before and were kind to new and old patrons.

We have lived around the corner from this place for a while (4 years). We have been probably a dozen times and it would have been more if not for having young kids. The food is excellent, the beers are cold, the atmosphere is positive, there are sports on all the time, and the service has been consistent. We get take out pizza and wings because it is better than the pizza places around the corner. The music is played a little too loud if you want a quiet meal or beverage but if you want to have a good time with good food and good drinks then this is a GREAT choice!

The food is terrible! The staff is the worst. They add extra drinks for their friends on your tab. They waitn on their friends and talk to them ignoring others all night. I won't be back. I see fights there all the time too. Don't feel comfortable there. Worst Bar in Dublin!

Great local place and fun, hot girls bartending - great bar food too! Big newer TVs with all the sports on as well
